The third time I called I finally got someone on the phone who explained that there was a family situation that came up and so they had to postpone everything, that I could dismiss, cuz life happens...but a week later I called again to find out where the order was and we were told that they had to order more supplies to complete our order. All of those things I could have been sympathetic towards, if we were made aware of the situation. Instead of picking up the phone and letting me know the order would be delayed we were left wondering, calling and waiting. We were offered no discounts and no apologies for the delay. The products we ordered were not properly installed and we have now been waiting for a week for them to fix the improper installation. I called again to voice my concern and request a timeline for the repair of the installation and was only offered an explanation again that the installer was just too busy to come back "until next week". Again no apology for the delay. No apology for the poor service. I will never give this company another dime of my money and I suggest that if you want quality work done properly, consider another company such as All About Signs or The Sign Shop.
