My new hearing aids are the best I have ever had I don't need to have the volume as high as before, I also purchased the new SurfLink it's amasing with this device I was in a very crowded restaurant with my wife and I could for the 1st time understand every word my wife said. It's a small device that clips on your shirt and it cuts off 90% of the background noise. It allowed me to lower my hearing aids to the lowest setting and still hear every word my wife said. I would definitely recommend this office over the hearing office over the rest on the area because she helped me and other location's didn't want to help or wanted a two week appointment and they wanted to charge me for connecting my new phone FREE! Knowing he wasn't exactly wild about the idea, she made a house call to make it less of a "pain" for him. Amanda was able to quickly and efficiently get my dad tested and fitted right there at the house. Since then she's been able to come by and make any adjustments as needed. Talking to him on the phone, and in person has been a brand new experience after years of frustration of yelling or him just clearly not hearing you. He was very thorough in his time with me and answered all my questions. I have been happy with the hearing aids and the Thrive App for my phone shows me daily how many steps I take, how much standing I do and how much exercise I get. I love them. He was called in to see me when I went to the ER because of how much pain I was in. He was very sympathetic, understanding and caring. He tried to treat me with antibiotics but after 2 weeks and nothing was better he recommended that I have surgery on my sinuses to open them up and fix my deviated septum. The surgery was a success and I haven't had a problem with that again. I'd recommend him to anyone. I'm even taking my baby to see him for his ear problems now. If you need an ENT, this is the guy you want to see.
