Half of my bill is unexplained surcharges and almost every payment method comes with a fee ($3 to pay online with a credit card)

Professional Pure Water System - The installation of the water system.

Professional Pure Water System

Pleasant experience with Professional Pure Water System. Specifically, with Janice and Eric. They…read morehelped me tackle two concerns. One being RO filter replacement. The other being sputtering water from our sink, bath, and toilet. (will continue to monitor the second concern) I will be using Janice and Eric again for their services. Highly recommend

I have been using their water purification and filtration for a long time. Every time they call me…read moreto say that the filter needs to be replaced, I am very active in replacing it. The workers came to the door and said that some machines needed to be replaced, and I was also very active in replacing them immediately. But recently, I called on June 30th and said that the filter needed to be updated, and I immediately agreed to replace it. They came to change the filter on July 1st the next day. After replacing the filter, the worker said that if there was a problem, I would contact them. I said yes. But last night, on August 6th, I found that the bottom of the pool was leaking and the water flowed out of the cabinet. When I checked, I found that a tube of the filter was slowly dripping out little by little. I contacted them and sent them video messages, but they didn't reply to messages and calls. I called them again the next day, and a Chinese woman answered the phone. She said that there was a fee for door-to-door maintenance. I said that it was because your workers did not install it after changing the filter water, and the water was a little flow. If it didn't flow outside, it would not be found. She said it's been a month, because it didn't happen before, and they didn't tell me that there was a deadline. This Chinese woman's attitude is very unfriendly, saying that the machine is old and needs to be replaced with a new one. But the worker didn't say that he needed to replace it. Every time I replaced the filter, the worker would tell me that some of them needed to be replaced, but he didn't say it this time. Now if there is a problem, I will replace it with a new one. And this is because the workers didn't install it well when replacing the filter, so it started to drip. Then she told me that she was driving and it was inconvenient to talk. It's inconvenient to answer the phone. Why didn't you say it at the beginning? I'm waiting for their follow-up now. I'll update...

StreamDrive Detail - Front of the shop! Where the fun begins

StreamDrive Detail

StreamDrive is great! After moving to the area I no longer have a garage or space to wash and…read moredetail my vehicles. The guys at StreamDrive have done an amazing job on our vehicles as well as our absurdly large van. Their attention to detail is really impressive, and they're just generally wonderful to work with. Highly recommended!

Communicative and fast! I used the Yelp Projects quote system. Fast response time, within a couple…read moreof hours. StreamDrive was willing to provide an estimate with the details provided in messaging, unlike the other companies who contacted me! Every other businesses' response boiled down to, "bring your car in and we'll look at it." The old entrapment model of auto detailing. Where they're counting on you not having the willpower to leave if the work has already begun. Luke at StreamDrive was able to accommodate my current situation and offered to swing by and see the condition of my car in-person and provide the quote. By default, that's 5-stars "above and beyond" service. I want to recommend his business to people for life! My Honda C-RV needed prep for resale. StreamDrive really went in and did some disinfecting, were able to remove lingering odors, got the leather restored, restored the headlights, and even performed a trim restore so this 2013 car looks really fresh! I wasn't expecting to write a review for this auto detailing service, so I don't have any "before" photos. I'm sorry about that, it's not an ideal situation for a glowing restoration review. I'm not so comfortable sharing pictures of my personal vehicle in the first place, you know what I mean? My pics just look like a super clean car. You can't tell it was ever damaged! $400 all-in inside-and-out restoration, under the hood, even buffing out some minor scuffs and scrapes it looks like, as well as painting/restoring the sun-faded plastic panels all around the vehicle: that's a value. No gap left untouched, unlike a drive-thru detailing service. I'm getting return on investment and then some because I'm now able to sell at top dollar private party fair market value.
