This place used to be one of my go-to spots because of the convenience, selection, and loyalty program. Unfortunately, my recent experience was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I came in specifically to use my points for a free pre-roll. I let the bud tender know my intent was to apply my points to an order I had already placed online. The bud tender ran into an issue applying the points, and after coming back, called me the wrong name -- Christopher. My name is David. Not even close, but more importantly, I was then told the system was down and they were unable to redeem my points. I understand technical issues happen, but what disappointed me was that no alternative solution was offered. No manager stepped in, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience, and I left after driving 15 minutes specifically for this reward. To make matters worse, my points still show as redeemed despite not receiving the benefit. After being a loyal customer and spending thousands here, I expected a better level of customer service and accountability. This experience, combined with reduced hours and the long wait times that can come with the drive-thru, has made this location far less convenient than it used to be. This place WAS great, and I've had many good experiences here over the years. However, with the current experience and the other options available, I would recommend customers consider other dispensaries where their time, loyalty, and money may be valued more.

They acted as if they did not want to serve us. I came in to get my watch adjusted and this lady (circled below) must have been having the worst day of her life. She commands "sit" in a very rude tone "put it on" then she ROLLS her eyes when I ask if we could size it once and then again because I don't want a tight fit. Is this a crazy ask? She says I have other customers "I can't do link by link so you need to decide" , mind you - I only needed two links off. She acted as if she was doing me A FAVOR and that I was an INCONVENIENCE not like I'm a PAYING CUSTOMER. To the owners, you lost a loyal customer - congrats. Best of luck to this store, with attitudes like this I doubt they will last much longer.

I even included the link above. I have a lot of experience with Fractional Precious Metals, which is sizes at a gram all the way to as little as a grain (480 grains in Troy OZ not to be confused with an Avoirdupois ounce). Their prices are in no way unreasonable or not competitive in this specialized category in Precious Metals. They have intrinsic value added because there is 31.1 times more work in a single ounce of these, because over 31 bars have to be minted to make a troy ounce versus the one time it takes to mint a Troy OZ bar. If the fractional industry actually followed this math they could charge $486.70 per Troy OZ (Todays spot: $15.70) but ACB is currently only charging $75.20 for 32 Grams of Silver. In addition, you have to buy your precious metals in Kilos if you want to get anywhere near spot price, which is only based on the weight of the metal & zero intrinsic value (premium). Fractional Metals make it easy & affordable for anyone to be able to own Precious Metals. You can buy from the VIP Resellers Club @ ACB and not only make your money back but even make a profit on eBay. This means that in this specialized market the Price Point is already higher because the intrinsic value is recognized across the board. People are selling their products all over the world! These bars are not only for investment purposes. They make great gifts & if the dollar or even the world's currencies crashed tomorrow how are you going to buy a loaf of bread with an ounce bar ;-)
