Mr. Earl and his team did a great job of getting my paperwork together with my help and was on top of everything. It was not necessary to have multiple calls/meetings as he is involved with constant cases (but still time for yours) and he is well received. We went to trial where he had everything in order so things went smoothly, he had additional questions showing my disability, and knew what to expect. Due to his hard work and knowledge (and his team like Laura)- I received a fully favorable review which I am in dire need of since I cannot work and haven't in years not to mention the chronic pain for years now. It caused me a lot of stress and I am glad that it is over for now. He is very matter of fact and timely. I highly suggest his services if you need disability and the medical coverage it may also provide you.

Tom Bulger is the exact opposite: he made me feel seen and defended at every turn. He has been my lawyer through two rounds of frustrating cases, and I could not ask for anyone better. Because he is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and responsive, what was demanding and draining became manageable with his guidance. His combination of expertise and genuine commitment to my cases made difficult experiences far easier than I ever expected. Without him I wouldn't just be up a creek without a paddle; I'd be shipwrecked on the shore. He's phenomenal, and I can neither thank nor praise nor recommend him enough.

One phone call with him and I knew I was in good hands as he is not only familiar with SSDI, but is also a licensed Physician's Assistant experienced in working with brain diseases. As such, he was able, over the phone, to point out exactly the ways my illness impacted my job that I had not been able to articulate.( He kindly fielded other anxious calls I placed as well!) It was no problem that I am in California and he is in Colorado. He had next steps for me to follow right away, and had excellent contacts to help me get all my ducks in a row for my medical record. His right hand woman, Liz Ludchak, took it from there as my "coach." She made sure I was ready for the barrage of paperwork and insisted I take it one step at a time. I could NEVER have collected and organized and sent all the information in my file with my cognitive disability. She too was patient with my calls and challenges, and ultimately I think she was the "closer" who sealed the successful outcome of my claim. I thought I would for sure be denied and have to appeal, but I was approved 10 months later with only a few requests from SSDI to see their docs in the process. From what I hear, that is sort of rare, UNLESS YOU HAVE THE RIGHT LEGAL TEAM. Besides all the work that they helped me complete (!!!) I honestly think it helped to have SSDI know I was working with a succesful legal team when they were deciding to approve first try or make me jump through hoops to appeal. A Disability Lawyer who has also worked as a physician's Assistant with people with cognitive and other disabilities is a rare find, and his assistant, Liz, is worth her weight in gold. Attorney Durkin demonstrated the kind of professionalism rarely found in this arena. He was matter of fact yet compassionate. No nonsense but understanding. Matthew kept his professional demeanor while doggedly pursuing just compensation for me given my injuries. This case evolved over nearly three years of give and take negotiations marked by less than good faith efforts from the other side. Throughout the process, Matthew kept me informed with any developments in real time. Matthew negotiated tirelessly and with remarkable patience to arrive at a negotiated settlement that was a number just about in the middle of what the opposition was offering and what Matthew hoped to achieve for me. The paralegal, Liz; the secretaries and other staffers with whom I interacted on the phone or at the office were attentive, cordial, pleasant and understanding throughout the nearly three year process. Matthew reduced his fee to maximize the amount I received after all obligations were fulfilled. I highly recommend Fuicelli and Lee and in particular, Matthew Durkin, as the best representatives should anyone need a fierce advocate to seek fair compensation following an injury.

He forced me into a meager settlement although our case was rock solid and had a dream team of expert witnesses. The judge had awarded punitive damages, which I had been told was a huge win, but then that was retracted and I was told it was not a big deal. I believe he was in cahoots with the defense attorneys, he was unwilling to point out that their key piece of evidence was fraudulent even though we had certified data proving it was. I didn't even recover my expenses to be in litigation for 3 years. Winning this case- regarding the profound health impacts of toxic mold exposure- in a public forum was important not only for me and my children but for the countless people who are sick because they live in water-damaged buildings that are not properly repaired by those responsible for making the repairs. A win would have validated my knowledge- confirmed by medical reports backed by peer-reviewed research- that my children have a genetic disorder of the innate immune system that makes exposure to certain toxins extremely consequential. Due to Mr. Fuicelli'a unwillingness to put any effort into a win, my children are still suffering and will face an uphill battle as their health inevitably declines. I've observed that the people most impacted by mold exposure are the ones whose denial of the issue runs deep. It's like they are owned by the fungi. I'm certain if Mr. Fuicelli had the critical thinking skills required to make this realization, his lab results would show that his exposure is off the charts. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

In May 2024, I was staying at a hotel in South Denver, Colorado, while visiting my son from…read moreSweetwater, Texas, for his college graduation when my life was forever changed. I was the victim of a vicious dog attack by a German Shepherd and its negligent owner. The dog tore the skin from my forearm, requiring immediate reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. In the months that followed, I endured significant pain and hardship. I had to travel 30 minutes to an hour each week for specialized medical care, including ongoing wound treatment and dressing changes. The attack not only caused physical suffering, but also led to lasting financial strain. I was unable to return to work and was ultimately forced into early retirement at a reduced income. At a time when I felt overwhelmed and unsure how I could afford legal help, Dustin Gatson at Bowman Law stepped in and took my case on a contingency basis--meaning he would only be paid if we won. From the very beginning, Dustin worked tirelessly on my behalf. He kept me informed every step of the way, regularly checked in on my well-being, and never gave up on me or my case. Because of Dustin's dedication and persistence, the hotel was held accountable. The settlement he secured has helped ease my financial burden and restored a sense of hope for my future--and for humanity. I am deeply grateful for Dustin's support and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of a compassionate, committed, and effective attorney. Thank you, Dustin.
