Y'all are sleeping on them! One thing to note, you can't really watch them making the beignets like at their other locations. The kitchen is behind the wall with only a few little windows to peek through, so you lose a bit of that experience. Now, are they as good as the fresh made to order beignets at the other locations? Not quite. Since these are pre-bagged, the powdered sugar condenses a bit and the beignets tend to stick together. They're still made on site and served warm, just not the same fresh to order bite. That said, for an airport location when you're short on time and trying to catch a flight, the convenience alone made it worth it.
