I decided to call to speak with another loan officer. Ended up speaking with Brandon informed him I no longer would like dealing with Will due to lack of communication. Not sure what Brandon told the raving, raging, flamboyant Will but he called me back instantly, finally, however with nothing but attitude and disrespect. Absolutely shocked. At this point still haven't received a pre-approval by neither one. Also requested to speak with Jeff, manager still haven't heard from him it's two weeks later. I have one mortgage with them and preferred getting second mortgage but it's not looking to good. I use to deal with Jeff Maggio which always gave A1 service however he's no longer with the company.
