Iberia seemed to be great to work with, they immediately sold the loan to a company out of Texas by…read morethe name of Round Point Mortgage. Before the first note was due had an insurance issue and tried to work it out with no resolution. Called Chris and ask for assistance and he said not much he could do. He would make note about future dealing with company but I was pretty much with Round Point. Round point has many complaints and I guess Iberia just sells to whoever and doesn't care once they get your loan. Would not recommend Iberia for home mortgage cause they are like a box of chocolates, you don't know what your going to get.
