Why send me text to pickup rental truck at a closed place. Anyways, I looked to see if there was anyone anyways cause why would I get a text to pick up there. The door was open! It was dark inside so I screamed and no one answered. I stand outside trying to call UHaul to figure out the mix up. My wife than goes in a screams again and some dude comes out like we woke him up and says he doesn't work for Uhaul and locks the door on us. WTF?!?

Not only were their prices were great but they didn't make you jump through all these hoops and sign multiple waivers. We had the bounce house near a tree and we heard other companies say things like "have to be 10 ft clearance from tree" or can't go on concrete. We put the bounce house on are driveway, we did support it with tarps and cheap blankets and it worked great and these guys didn't have any issues they are very accommodating. FYI, the hot dog warmer was a big success. Great meal for the picky kids! great snack for the adults, nothing to worry about just put some water at the bottom and turn it on. It was great!

Then, my daughter and son go inside and there were chunks of mud,grass, and broken pieces of balloons all over. We made a call to them and they said, they could send them back in a half our or so. The kids were too excited to play I had to go in and clean it out myself. I was not making them wait longer. Also, still haven't recieved email of receipt that was supposed to be sent over.
