I called to gain clarity about two orders, both about missing items from a previous order and also to make sure that my other order was ready to be picked up and didn't accidentally get shipped. Lee's responses were sarcastic and unhelpful, causing me to not only be confused but frustrated. Before I drive an hour to pick up my orders, I wanted absolute certainty that they were available to be picked up being that this was not true last Friday. These are comments that Lee made: "didn't you receive an email?, Doesn't it say that the order is ready?, why wouldn't you have received your order?, are you sure you even placed your order?" The answers to these questions are not as black-and-white as Lee may think. And the most helpful and easy thing to do is to simply look up the orders and verify rather than make sarcastic comments to me. It should be obvious that I need help and that things are not clear for me, which is the reason why I called. After I was forwarded to Tony, who was able to clarify everything, I received another phone call from Lee following up with me to make sure I was fully helped. I did appreciate that. I'm well aware that we all have our off days, or are not on our A-game for every call.
