This is a service you never WANT to need - but, if you do, it is an extremely professional and respectful place to deal with the loss of a pet. The owner always comes across as compassionate. The facility is warm and inviting - very nicely appointed. I've used them on multiple occasions and have been very happy with their service. I chose private cremation for my cat. Dropped his remains off in the morning and was able to pick up his ashes later that afternoon. (Note: Prices for cremation are much lower coming directly here than going thru your veterinarian. You eliminate the transportation and up-charge. And I honestly prefer to keep my pets remains with me and not hand them off to an intermediary.) Also, they have a nice selection of urns and pendants (to place a bit of your pets ashes) IF you are interested in that. But you never feel pressured to purchase any of that. read more

What can you say about the experience of losing a pet? It's miserable. We've used Paris Pet Crematory twice in the past ten years and they were remarkable. The staff here is absolutely amazing, caring and compassionate. We left a voicemail before hours and were told to come in after they opened. They gave us time to spend with our dog and treated him with love and gentleness. Wonderful people to help through a very difficult time. read more

They are very professional. When I Brought my baby in to be Cremated at least I knew I was taking her home. You don't know that when a Vet handles it, they may tell you that your getting your Pet back but your not. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. read more

This place exceeded my expectations exponentially! My cat passed suddenly. I left her at the emergency vet for cremation. Two days later I woke with a strong need to bury my cat instead. I called the clinic, they called Paris Pet. I drove out there with a lot of anxiety. All sorts of thoughts went through my head. I was pleasantly surprised. They were very nice and have a nicer facility than many human funeral homes. They had her in a cardboard 'casket' all ready for me. The woman who helped me was really nice and mentioned to me that they scatter the ashes of 'their' animals in the their vast field behind their building. I later checked to make sure that I had the right cat. Inside the casket they had her curled up on a fluffy towel, the way I remembered her and they had another towel covering her. They even brushed her! They really helped me when I needed it most. Words can't express how much their efforts, considerations, respect and kindness helped me with the grieving process.
