This is a service you never WANT to need - but, if you do, it is an extremely professional and respectful place to deal with the loss of a pet. The owner always comes across as compassionate. The facility is warm and inviting - very nicely appointed. I've used them on multiple occasions and have been very happy with their service. I chose private cremation for my cat. Dropped his remains off in the morning and was able to pick up his ashes later that afternoon. (Note: Prices for cremation are much lower coming directly here than going thru your veterinarian. You eliminate the transportation and up-charge. And I honestly prefer to keep my pets remains with me and not hand them off to an intermediary.) Also, they have a nice selection of urns and pendants (to place a bit of your pets ashes) IF you are interested in that. But you never feel pressured to purchase any of that. read more

What can you say about the experience of losing a pet? It's miserable. We've used Paris Pet Crematory twice in the past ten years and they were remarkable. They are respectful and caring and I felt relieved to not have to worry about this part of the process. Thank you for taking care of my dogs and helping us through a painful time. read more

The staff here is absolutely amazing, caring and compassionate. We left a voicemail before hours and were told to come in after they opened. They gave us time to spend with our dog and treated him with love and gentleness. Wonderful people to help through a very difficult time. read more

They are very professional. When I Brought my baby in to be Cremated at least I knew I was taking her home. You don't know that when a Vet handles it, they may tell you that your getting your Pet back but your not. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. read more

This place exceeded my expectations exponentially! My cat passed suddenly. I left her at the emergency vet for cremation. Two days later I woke with a strong need to bury my cat instead. I called the clinic, they called Paris Pet. I drove out there with a lot of anxiety. All sorts of thoughts went through my head. I was pleasantly surprised. They were very nice and have a nicer facility than many human funeral homes. They had her in a cardboard 'casket' all ready for me. The woman who helped me was really nice and mentioned to me that they scatter the ashes of 'their' animals in the their vast field behind their building. I later checked to make sure that I had the right cat. Inside the casket they had her curled up on a fluffy towel, the way I remembered her and they had another towel covering her. They even brushed her! They really helped me when I needed it most. Words can't express how much their efforts, considerations, respect and kindness helped me with the grieving process. I highly recommend them. read more

Samantha, the owner, was there by the doorway and welcomed me with open arms as I cried on her shoulder. I thank you for that. As we were ushered inside, everything-the process, was explained so wonderfully and with so much patience and understanding. We picked out what we wanted and we said goodbye to our little girl, still warm to the touch and with a relaxed snarl on her lips. The website to honor your pet is wonderful and is a place I visit almost daily. Samantha delivered our little girl and everything was neat and organized and absolutely lovely. That care means and meant the world to me. Right now, my little girl rests on her favorite blanket and we rub the urn everyday. I also made use of the "Daily Affirmations" that is sent via email which is very thoughtful and useful. Thank you all for your amazing kindness, professionalism and huge hearts and affordability. You have no idea what you all mean to us.

They responded right away and made accommodations for Chuckie and I felt so comfortable letting him go with them. The lack of emotion was incredible, almost like reading off a script. When I went to pick up my dogs ashes they beat me to the door handed him to me as if it was a Uber eats or DoorDash transaction and said sorry for your loss see ya. It made me extremely uncomfortable and very confused honestly. I understand the job and you probably can't be that invested in peoples situations but to quickly hand over my babies ashes and not even let me put a foot in the door was hurtful and odd. These are hard moments and nobody needs to feel uncomfortable or rushed with their feelings while already going through a tough time. Please work on that the dry behavior isn't working anymore.
