Thank you to Scot for his genuine kindness and care during a time where we really needed it. We lost our dog after 12 years and I just am so appreciative of the gentleness that was given to us during that time. He asked about our girl, made sure he knew exactly what we wanted (and that we knew exactly what services we were getting.) I felt total trust in leaving our pup in his care. We were able to have time alone with her to say final goodbyes. I emailed him on a Thursday evening and he called me first thing Friday morning and was able to help us that same day. Our girl was back home with us by Monday afternoon. Thank you so much, Scot. I will recommend your services to all family and friends. (Bonus that it's third generation family owned!) read more

Having to bring my beloved cat in for cremation last week was one of the hardest things I've ever had to go through, but the compassion and care I received here meant everything. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness, he truly cares. Nothing felt rushed or impersonal; it felt personal and heartfelt. I'm so grateful for how he handled such a difficult moment, not just for me but for so many people. I would recommend this place over and over again. Words cannot fully express how wonderful this place is. Thank you again for the amazing care and compassion you showed my beloved kitty, Marble read more

My husband and I were not able to bury our dog that had passed due to the ground being frozen. We decided that it would be best to have him cremated. This was difficult however because we were running into difficulties due to the Christmas holiday and then a weekend. Scot went above and beyond and took our dog a little outside of business hours so we didn't have to try to figure out the logistics of keeping his body cooled and inside our garage for a few days. We were touched with the care and compassion that he showed our family during our loss. I would definitely recommend his services. He was able to make the situation pleasant in such a sad time. read more

Scot was very kind and helped us through a tough time when Bear died June 12, 2025. He coordinated pick up and transportation of Bear from our Vet's office. We felt like our dog was in good hands. We've had previous cremation from Pet Valhalla and would highly recommend their service. Losing a pet is hard and he made the final process less painful. Thank you. Shelly N. read more

When we lost our dear OLD cat Atari he was so amazing at getting us in quickly and showing us pure empathy and kindness through the whole process. Even surprising us with a paw print and a very kind note that still makes me tear up. I cannot recommend enough, as much as this may not be something to want to consider. read more

After driving past Pet Valhalla for some time as part of my daily commute, I unfortunately had the opportunity to utilize their services. There were several last minute changes to my plans (due to an in-home vet cancellation) that changed the time we would arrive. Scot was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was empathetic, compassionate, and flexible to our needs. I was not expecting to see a nice altar type area where our boy would be resting, looking like he was taking a long nap, for our final visit, but was so pleased with the care that was taken. Upon our arrival, Scot asked several questions about Charlie and what he was like in his younger years, which was such a nice touch. He certainly cares about his customers and repeatedly apologized that he was running behind due to unexpected equipment downtime that was recently resolved. We assured him that we were not worried about the fast turnaround, but still received his ashes back within 2 business days. Though I hope it is some time until we need his services again, I would wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone who wants to support a small, third generation family owned business that truly cares about their customers. Thank you, Scot, for your kindness and hospitality. read more

We couldn't be happier with this service. Our big ol' Mr. Chris cat passed & we couldn't travel to the cabin to bury him. It's wonderful that we were able to have him cremated here. We were not wanting his ashes, & they will be scattered on this lovely rural land. Scott could not have been kinder. He asked us about who Chris was, what he was like, even what he meant to us. It made it ceremonial in a way. He was very kind and it eased my mind some. Thank you, sir. My beautiful red, Mr. Christopher Robin. He had 16 years of being so very spoiled with our love! He went to the Rainbow Bridge. RIH read more

From the very first phone call, Scot was so kind and understanding. He took the time to ask about my hamster, Butters, and you could tell he really cared. They had a nice selection of urns, even for my little guy. And the prices were very reasonable. Scot was very compassionate and listened to my wishes. He made the whole process easier and I knew Butters was in good hands. I'm very happy with my experience at Pet Valhalla and highly recommend them! read more

Gary reassured me about my cat's private cremation so that I was at ease. His professionalism and compassion is very appreciated at this difficult time. It was very hard to lose my cat of over 17 years. I'm confident his remains were in good hands. Also, the cedar box that my cat's ashes came back in is beautiful. It was unexpected how nice it is and I can tell it was put together with care. Thank you so much, Gary! Highly recommend this place!! read more
