I would give this place a ZERO if possible! I went in on 12/23 for a full set. I understood it would probably be busy due to Christmas but OMG!! They have two nail techs. A young girl was playing World Of Warcraft at one of the stations and when asked if she could get a customer a gift certificate she through a fit. There was also a young African American man who was sitting in the pedicure chair (using the back massage) and was just staring at the customers, he would leave occasionally and come back. While I was there five others arrived to get their nails done and three men got gift certificates but the two techs were already doing nails, one of which was mine. Tom, the tech doing my nails was rushing to get them done and filing like a mad man. He and the woman argued the whole time saying stuff like "you didn't say hello to the costumer when she came in" "well I don't care about customer, I need a cigarette." The tech stopped in the middle of doing my nails and began removing gel polish off another clients nails and then started a pedicure on a different client. He finished filing my nails and I told him the one was a little crooked and he handed me the file and said "you fix it, I'm busy." He put one coat of polish on my nails and when I asked if he could do two he rolled his eyes. He rushed me over to the drying station but it wasn't turned on (I think a breaker was flipped) and when I tried to grab his attention he told me to dry my nails. He got a phone call right as he began doing another ladies nails and was screaming in a foreign language to whoever he was on the phone with, throwing his hand and being very loud. All in all, this was a terrible terrible experience and I wouldn't take my lizard there to get its nails painted. read more
