Boyer's Jewelry - Business Card for Boyer's Jewelry ~ Bonham, TX

Boyer's Jewelry

Conveniently located on the downtown square in Bonham, Texas. After my parents (RIP) retired, they…read morewouldn't drive to Dallas to Yaters Jewelers anymore. This became my mother's jeweler. I love old vintage diamond rings, estate jewelry, and turquoise. I received an extremely warm welcome upon entrance. I advised them I was looking for the above mentioned. Mr. Boyer said he had nothing available. As I continued to browse around in amazement at all the beautiful pieces. Rings, watches, pocket watches, necklaces, earrings, etc. I was impressed with the prices. I did find a Sterling Silver ring I decided to purchase. As I was making the purchase Mr. Boyer remembered he did have a vintage filigree diamond ring in the back. Perfect! He said it needed to be cleaned and polished. I wanted to see it first. It's beautiful and fit my pinkie finger perfect. So I wanted it. He cleaned and polished it, and it's gorgeous. Last but not least, he had a beautiful turquoise pendant. It was not in the show case, but he showed it to me anyway. Breathtaking! Mr. Boyer has an engaging personality, and is very knowledgeable pertaining to his trade. I walked in, thinking I would leave with nothing. I finally told him, cut me off, don't show me anything else. We laughed. I left with 2 beautiful rings, and 1 turquoise pendant. I will definitely be returning to have some jewelry repair, and a new custom ring made, super gaudy. I inherited the gaudy look for my beautiful mother and grandmother. Go big, or go home! I am excited to return as soon as I go the bank and get into our safety deposit box. Thank you Mr. Boyer, for all your attentiveness. I so appreciate you!

I took my fiancee's ring to be repaired. It was a very expensive and sentimental piece of jewelry…read more Not only did the repairs look wonderful, they were very very reasonable. Mr. Boyer was swamped at the time due to Valentines Day and took the time to make the repairs and improvements. The ring is now even more beautiful than before and the diamonds are secured. At the same time I was trying to secretly purchase another ring for my fiancee. Mr. Boyer played along and sized his pinkie finger and gathered the necessary info for my to purchase the ring he wanted. During the busiest time of the day and with several other customers, we were treated as if we were making a million dollar purchase. The respedt and kindness we were shown when he was clearly swamped showed us he is truly interested in making his customers feel comfortable and trying to meet their needs, not pushing or hard selling his cutomers. Whether you are making a major purchase or having having small repairs done, you will be treated with respect and feel comfortable that you are getting a great deal. The prices are great and the service is outstanding.

Quick Draw Rare Coins - We also do watch repairs, battery replacement, etc. Bring it in and let us take a look.

Solid place. Fair premiums. No BS…read more I walked in with $450 to spend on silver. Told them straight up what I had. They did the math, gave me options, and let me choose. Ended up with mostly 1 oz rounds and a couple smaller pieces. Easy process. The transaction was smooth and honest. They actually talk to you and make you feel welcome, not rushed or pressured. If you're new to silver and gold, they explain things without talking down to you. Sometimes the lines are long but that only proves that these guy are exceptionally awesome . I called other coin shops before going here. One wanted $8 premium on rounds and $10 on Silver Eagles -- straight ripoff. These guys were a lot more fair and resealable. I asked them their premiums up front and they told me straight up $1.50 on rounds and $3.50 to $4.50 on Silver Eagles cant remember. At the time, silver spot was around $80-$81. And change. Even though this place isn't the closest to my house, I'll drive out of my way to come here. Worth it. Good experience, good people, fair prices. I'll be back. I'm just hoping silver drops down cheaper. So I can stack more Thank u QuickDraw.

Quick Draw Rare Coins is exactly the kind of small business I love to support. They've been around…read morefor over 40 years, and when you walk in you can tell why--they care about their craft and their customers. They've got a cool selection of coins from all over, but I actually came in for a different reason: a watch that had been gifted to me needed a new battery and some adjustments. I usually wear an Apple Watch, so having a "real" watch fit properly was a little foreign to me. Johnny walked me through it and even after I thought it fit well, he suggested one more adjustment. Sure enough, when he brought it back, it fit like a glove. That kind of extra attention and expertise is something you don't always get elsewhere, and I really appreciated it. On top of that, he took the time to check the watch and noticed the gasket had been pinched by the last person who changed the battery. He went ahead and replaced it, which gave me peace of mind knowing the watch was properly protected. That's the kind of detail that separates a true professional from someone who's just rushing through the work. They use high-quality parts and Swiss batteries, and it shows. Even better, they actually came in lower than their original quote--always a pleasant surprise, and definitely better than the other way around. One of the main reasons I chose them was their quick response to my questions on Yelp, along with pricing that was more reasonable than some other places I reached out to. That responsiveness plus the personal service sealed the deal for me. And just to add--Johnny and Angela (the owners) are genuinely good people. Friendly, professional, and clearly proud of their business. Plus, they had a cute little puppy in the store, which, as a dog guy, just made the experience even better. Bottom line: if you need help with a watch repair, battery replacement, or anything coin-related, this is the spot. Great people, great service, fair prices. I'll absolutely be back the next time I need a watch taken care of.
