They are supposed to make sure all of their computers are password free before they sell them. When I discovered mine was password protected, I immediately notified them and they said to bring it back, that they'd get that fixed or replace my computer with a comparable one. My computer has 340gig HD and 4gig ram. The one they offered is 250 and 2, respectively. I said, no, I'd rather have them wipe the pwd from mine. They said it'd be next day. The next day, they had forgotten to call the computer guy till I reminded them at 3:30. The day after that, they sounded very disinterested in my problem and my computer. They told me the repair guy is in Greenville and isn't answering his phone. This problem is still unresolved.
