DONT DO BUSINESS HERE…read more Sellers, beware. You can have a lot of items, in good condition, clean, barely used. They will give you jack shit money wise. I had two full totes of good condition, clothing, blankets, and a few play toys, and they gave me nine dollars total. They offer you the option to wait in store for them to price your items and you are allowed to decline the sale if you'd like, but the typical wait time is estimated to be 45 minutes to an hour of just walking around the store waiting for them to look through your stuff. The other option is to leave your items and they will text you when they're finished, but you don't have the option to decline the sale after that, you can take what they won't buy home or they will "helpfully" donate them for you. In reality it actually took them 4 hours to send me a price, which I now can't decline, and my two full totes of items became $9 cash, BUT DONT WORRY you have the option to instead do store credit, a whopping 20% on top of the cash price and put your money back into the hands of the crooks who robbed you in the first place. They basically scare you out of waiting for them to price out, so that way you have no option but to leave and can't back out. Sell your items elsewhere or you're basically just giving them away, hell for the price they give you might as well actually just donate your used items.

If you're not a do it yourself person, now they even have design services to help you out. On this visit to Pottery Barn Kids I learned a few things. One of the things that I learned is that they have branched out into customizing dorm rooms for college kids. I know when I was in college I did not have a clue on how to decorate my room. Consequently, it was Joel drab and boring. Their designs are whimsical and fun, and the bedding and curtains are vibrant and lovely. The staff was very friendly, and answered my questions quickly (I wanted to know when their Halloween was coming in). Look for him when you want a honest salesman that tells you everything upfront like the 48 hour rule. Unlike The Colony location whom lied about splitting commission because our original salesman was not there the day we returned and wanted him to get credit for the sale. We were not told about the 48 hour rule as well. We asked if we could change our minds without penalty and Brian Torres said yes which was another lie. The Colony store then said we can give a credit and not return our money so we spent it at the Frisco location and brought more items. Daniel at the Frisco location service was excellent and he took his time with us so we made excellent selections.
