One of the things that I learned is that they have branched out into customizing dorm rooms for college kids. I know when I was in college I did not have a clue on how to decorate my room. Consequently, it was Joel drab and boring. Unlike The Colony location whom lied about splitting commission because our original salesman was not there the day we returned and wanted him to get credit for the sale. We were not told about the 48 hour rule as well. We asked if we could change our minds without penalty and Brian Torres said yes which was another lie. The Colony store then said we can give a credit and not return our money so we spent it at the Frisco location and brought more items. Daniel at the Frisco location service was excellent and he took his time with us so we made excellent selections.
