Nine times in 2013 it took over a week and several phone calls to get it done. The pharmacy would fax and re-fax and re-re-fax the requests and NOTHING. I'd go into the office and present the Cherry Family Practice staff with copies of the faxes and they would claim they had never received them, even though their fax machine acknowledged them. This morning , Jan 2 2014, I called the pharmacy to see if the refill request they sent on December 23, 2013 had been responded to. No. I called the Cherry Family Practice office and a recording told me that they were out of the office until today, Jan 2. I tried to leave a message, but their mailbox was full. So i drove over to their office and found it closed, with a message taped to the door stating that they were closed until Jan 6. That makes it 13 days with no response, a false message on their answering machine and a wasted 35 mile trip to read a message that should have been on their answering machine. They haven't got their office act together and I'm looking for another provider.
