And they even have a kiosk for your ceeremony. The patio is lighted beautifully. They also offer packages for your event. Best venue in the valley hands down.

I recently got married there. 6/25/2021. We spent so much money for it to have TERRIBLE service. I…read moregot married on the outside kiosk then I had the reception inside. They don't have rooms for the brides nor groomsmen to get ready at. They wanted to charge me additional $499 for them to get ready at one room for one hour. They didn't bother cutting the grass for our ceremony outside NOR did they wash the pools like they said they were going to do. They used pictures to claim it as this beautiful kiosk but it turned out another bride had taken the outside decorations herself. They are using pictures to promote their venue with things they don't even have. Let's not even talk about the rude service from the 3 ladies. Sarahi was our "coordinator" for day off . Tell me why she was DRUNK hiding my expensive tequila ? She did not help coordinate at all. She gave attitude to my my family and me. Then Juanita , another coordinator was so rude also. I called the venue asking for the mic and she gave me attitude. I had others present with me and they were livid with how she was talking to me. Then let's not talk about the elderly lady that answers phone in the mornings. She was always so clueless and never knew anything . She tried charging me additional 2k! She was saying I owed them money! They had failed to make notation of The actual numbers .. it was only that I pulled up images and videos of me Signing the contract and had proof of what was said. Guys be careful. It was TERRIBLE. I was so sad because this was my dream venue for many years. I will definitely tell all my colleagues to not come here. I had also asked for more chairs outside. 100 to be exact and one of the coordinators had the audacity to tell me "nadie como quiera va a eso, todos van a la reception solamente" well I had guests standing up. Guess people did go to mine. Ask my photographer and band, they had to help me coordinate day off Oh and nobody knows English there. My fiancé doesn't know spanish and had such a hard time communicating with them. It was such a hassle for me to be the only one communicating with them. Then for me to get attitude from them. Update: look at the response from the venue owner, need I say more about their professionalism? Yes my parents weren't able to attend due to covid? Yes I was sad? That does not correlate to how you handle the venue? That is very unprofessional to use something like that to defend your venue. I know you as the owner don't want to receive bad reviews. There are changes you need to make and you need to own up to them. Also, Sarahi the coordinator taking A shot for me (that i didn't ask her to do so) somehow makes her drunk? Hey, ask your staff. Apparently this isn't her first time. There is no such thing as "basic" package. It's regarding how many guests will arrive. (Which I have pictures to prove). Also y'all gave me a max of 200 people due to covid? Did y'all forget that? Now for the kiosk, I specifically told her I needed more chairs outside and you guys failed to do as such. I have pictures of that as well. This is a terrible TERRIBLE venue. . You responded in a very embarrassing manner. No wonder your staff is the way it is.

We were received right away by the all too friendly staff and volunteers at the Beautiful Historic Rabb Plantation House. It's such a marvel of how well this 1892 Plantation Home has been restored and preserved. Walking through those doors you truly step back into time. The location: right on the most Southern Point in all the country. Sabal Palm Sanctuary literally lies against the southernmost point of the US-Mexico Border, along the Rio Grande. It was established to preserve one of the last vestige of original Sabal Palm forest in the U.S. In this endeavor, over the years, it now showcases what the land of this sub-tropical area would look like as if untouched by the hands of man and left to mother natures own devices. The result is ASTOUNDING!!! This Sub-Tropical Forest now attracts... hundreds of bird species which makes this a not-to-be-missed destination. Sabal Palms Sanctuary is by far one of the country's premiere birding hot-spot with hundreds of species that migrate through this region every year. "The Sanctuary sits on a 527-acre tract of land on the Rio Grande in Brownsville, Texas and is one of the most uniquely biodiverse habitats in the country, containing one of the last vestige of original Sabal Palm forest in the U.S. The Sanctuary provides breeding habitat for many endangered or high-priority birds and is a critical source of shelter and food for migrating and wintering species." --SabalPalmSanctuary.org
