They should have been delivered hours before it started but didn't deliver until 1:30 after it started. Trying to ensure that the flowers were delivered instead of mourning our loved one was the last thing we should have to worry about that day. Will never order from this place again. Side note: one of the arrangements was much smaller than pictured/described, while it was pretty, it didn't seem like a good value for the amount spent.

They used pictures to claim it as this beautiful kiosk but it turned out another bride had taken the outside decorations herself. Tell me why she was DRUNK hiding my expensive tequila ? She did not help coordinate at all. She gave attitude to my my family and me. Then Juanita , another coordinator was so rude also. I called the venue asking for the mic and she gave me attitude. I had others present with me and they were livid with how she was talking to me. Then let's not talk about the elderly lady that answers phone in the mornings. She was always so clueless and never knew anything . She tried charging me additional 2k! She was saying I owed them money! They had failed to make notation of The actual numbers .. it was only that I pulled up images and videos of me Signing the contract and had proof of what was said. Guys be careful. It was TERRIBLE. I was so sad because this was my dream venue for many years. I will definitely tell all my colleagues to not come here. I had also asked for more chairs outside. 100 to be exact and one of the coordinators had the audacity to tell me "nadie como quiera va a eso, todos van a la reception solamente" well I had guests standing up. Guess people did go to mine. Ask my photographer and band, they had to help me coordinate day off Oh and nobody knows English there. My fiancé doesn't know spanish and had such a hard time communicating with them. It was such a hassle for me to be the only one communicating with them. Then for me to get attitude from them. On the other hand, the mattress is an old spring mattress that should have been replaced some time ago, but it's serviceable. What prompted the review, though, was my trip down to the little store in the lobby. I'm a Diamond whatever with Hilton, and we get certain benefits at different properties. Normally, when I check in, the front desk will inform me of what perks I get at the property. They didn't do that here. I did ask, though, if I received the food/drink credit each day and she confirmed that I did. The credit is $10, by the way. So, I just went down to the little store thing in the lobby because I wanted a drink. Now, I get it - we're a captive audience, so to speak, so prices are going to be a little inflated because of the convenience factor. But... oh... my... gosh. A 20 oz. bottle of Diet Dr. Pepper- $6. A pint of ice cream - $16. I mean, it's the same ice cream you can get down the street at HEB for $4. Like I said, I expect the prices to be a little higher... but 400%? Absolutely ridiculous.

Yes, check in was a breeze. When on holiday, we were out late with family and got in late to sleep, so waking up late was just part of our trip. My only disappointment was, if were not out from the room really early, it would not get cleaned - cleaning staff is super friendly, but, apparently they are paid for a certain amount of hours and have to leave early; that is not their fault. I would not return though.
