I Cook U Eat has great food, reasonable prices, and an incredibly easy to work with staff. I work in Austin, but contacted Rudy, the owner and chief, at a friend's urging to cater a high-end event my employer was having in the Valley. From my understanding, this is a new business, but you can't tell at all. Rudy is so professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention, the food was delicious! He served tenderloin medallions with horseradish sauce, rosemary chicken, shrimp cocktail, Caprese salad, baked bre, and Carpaccio. Everything was good, but the baked bre, Carpaccio, and tenderloin were especially delicious. My office hosts many of these events and it is not an exaggeration to say that Rudy's food was by far the best we have ever had. We didn't order desert, but Rudy brought some vanilla bean flan anyway that was a huge hit. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
Rudy is a talented chief and a kind man who can put together a meal for any special occasion. He also offers cooking classes every week - how fun! We will certainly be taking advantage of his skills the next time we return to the Valley. read more
