I was actually shocked at the rudeness of Dr. Kelly. My 85yo Mom had previously had hereditary issues with ingrown toenails. She spent 3 months in the hospital w/serious health conditions. Two of her nails had become very thick. Trying to trim them or file was painful for her. So I thought a podiatrist could give us insight. I chose her solely on location and that her site claims to be versed in dealing w/elderly. Absolutely not the case! She had zero patience with questions and said we weren't cutting her nails properly. At one point she said "this isn't a pedicure." I truly was dumbfounded at the lack of humanity. She had ZERO patients while we were there and I can clearly see why. Her office staff was polite. The Dr is the problem. Please don't take elderly family members there. She is incapable of being an empathetic Dr and helping our elderly feel cared for. She does the opposite. She makes them feel incapable. Most 85yo can't reach their nails to cut them. Her nails were thick long before I moved here to care for her. She could have easily explained things and set us at ease but she chose to rude and condescending. We deal with a lot of specialist in Vegas. We have never had the experience we had today. She should be ashamed of herself for being so rude and hateful yet taking an oath to care for her patients. I find this office staff and dr Kelly Pardis very unprofessional and as many previous reviews you can tell she is really up to insurance claims. She is very rushed to go through appointments, she refuses to discuss anything else besides of primary reason for your visit (so that you have to come back) and when I tried to schedule insoles pick up for my mom and other issue addressed at same appointment which was confirmed by her office she stormed out of the room after 3 minutes . Very very bad "bedside" manners and really she wants to charge for as many dr visits as possible not realizing her patients have to leave jobs early drive back and forth. Not mentioning she is bringing in tablet that is on video call during pts visit without asking patients are they okay with that. I will never be back and I will let anyone I know and care about to avoid this office and dr Pardis. read more

Since becoming a patient of Dr. Kelly in the Fall of 2023, my feet have never felt better. She helped me to easily mitigate the debilitating pain of a bone spur that another podiatrist had said would require surgery. She is working with me to relieve the agony of severe in grown toe nails, a process that takes patience and trust. Most recently, she has measured me for new orthotics. It is an absolute pleasure to interact with Dr. Kelly and her staff as both listen, ask questions and explain protocols with warmth and professionalism. She saw my son for less than 5 minutes just to tell him he needs to wait a few weeks for his toenail to grow more so he can have another appointment and have it checked out at that time. We paid our copay on the way out and then a month later they bill us for more money for the shortest appointment ever. Now they don't accept the insurance so I guess it's a blessing in disguise that we can go to a better doc. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Kelly for several months and while I have seen improvement in my condition, I feel that my visits are just a revolving door to push her products, treatments and insurance claims. All visits are short and curt and require blood work. The phlebotomy technicians ask keep asking "Dr Kelly,right?" with a roll of the eyes. After months of treatment, the office now has the wrong insurance information. Also, most of the interaction is done through remote techs through an Ipad and there is little accountability. They called in a prescription with an indication to take 1 daily. It didn't seem like the correct dosage and when I called the office, both the office staff and Dr Kelly dismissed the error and said "well, we told you the correct dosage at your appointment." There was no accountability for their mistake and I hate to think of what would happen if another person didn't catch their mistake. I agree with other reviews, you're just a money ticket in that office. read more

Both I and my husband have been seeing Dr. Kelly for several months. For all the visits, we never got any after visit summary or written format of treatment plan which we usually get from other doctors. For the tests we did, there is nowhere to find the results unless you requested. Dr.Kelly will only tell you whether the results is positive or negative. When I requested the report and asked what the number means in the report, she told me that it's the doctor's job to understand the numbers but not patient and didn't explain that to me. OMG, this week I was in agony over my feet. Foot, that is. Over the last few months, filing the annoying nails on my L foot was no longer providing relief from the pain caused by nails that were digging into my skin. And my filing had become so aggressive that I'd caused my nails to become severely ingrown. When I researched Yelp for a podiatrist, there were a number of good local candidates. I almost went for a doc at one of the big medical offices. But I decided to go with Dr. Kelly. I thought that perhaps by going to a private practitioner I'd avoid being rushed in/rushed out. I also didn't want to have a "consulting" appt., then have to schedule another appt. to have the actual work done. And I knew I didn't need any fancy surgical procedure. I just wanted my foot FIXED. Long story short, that's exactly what Dr. Kelly did for me. I went in, her front-office staff was friendly and efficient, and I was quickly shown to an exam room. Dr. K. came in within one minute. She listened to my sad saga, and proceeded to gently examine my feet. She then went to work on cleaning up my nails. She gently chastised me for my over-filing, then told me how to let my nails heal and grow out naturally. And that was it! No surgery, no insistence that I come back. The pain relief was instant. And in the days since, it's gotten even better as the healing has begun. She's great. A real pro. And a compassionate doctor to boot. Boot--ha! I'm so funny. Check her out. read more

The great thing about living in the bay area is that there are ample amount of Podiatrists that you can visit. However, there are few that are kind, compassionate, caring, lovely and genuinely care about the concerns of your feet. I feel that this is not Ms. Pardis. She comes across quite frank, asks questions and seems more interested in the written data than the physical concerns of your feet. She only ever briefly looks at them for a few minutes while the majority of the visit is mainly written and conversed. I felt that she never saw me as a person but instead a number or money ticket. By money ticket I mean, it feels that she tries to get whatever she can out of each visit. Now that can be a good or bad thing, but to my personal visit, it wasn't a good feeling I got from her. She comes across the type of person that if you had a future problem, she would be quick to come to her defenses. She doesn't seem the type to really listen and she does have a quick judgement which with my visit was far from accurate. I wasn't sure why she was asking me about what issues and complaints I have. She kept repeating what aches and pains I have and I wondered, why would I have to come to you when I already have problems. As they say, prevention is the best medicine. I wouldn't say that nobody should see her, but instead, one should understand that she is far from being personable or compassionate. If you prefer someone who is knowledgeable as well as kind, please find someone else who you resonate with. Thank you. read more

I was referred to Dr Kelly through Egoscue a postural support therapy. She listened carefully and addressed my concerns thoroughly. I was able to get in-office x-rays, a blood draw and an MRI of my foot within hours thanks to Dr Kelly's excellent staff. I was visiting the lab next door and came across Dr. Kelly's office. I have heel pain and in need for a podiatrist. I walked in and see if they accepted new patients, and they told me that they had a cancellation and could see me right away. So I got the appointment, and they even had x-rays done on site. I was suffering from sudden pain in my foot and was in desperate need of getting it evaluated by a podiatrist prior to an upcoming vacation. After calling multiple podiatrist in the area, Dr. Kelly was the only podiatrist who agreed to squeeze me in just two days after I had called. All the other podiatrists said they couldn't see a new patient for at least 3 weeks. Dr. Kelly and her staff were friendly and knowledgable. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to have X rays done right at her office. Dr. Kelly not only had the X rays done within minutes but also took time to explain everything the X rays showed. I never felt rushed which I often feel in other doctor appointments. After the appointment, I even received a call from her office the next day as a follow up to see how I was feeling. Dr. Kelly has been a wonderful doctor to me and my family. She was the only doctor who figured out my foot pain was due to B12 and B1 deficiencies. I had been complaining for years to my primary. She has a great bedside manner and really cares about her patients. I lost cushion in the bottom of my feet and last year I had an injection to help- Its called Pillows for the feet. Insurance does not pay for this treatment and you need at least two treatments. I was getting to the point even flat shoes were painful. I was pain free after my second treatment and after a few weeks. I fractured my foot three times in a row and she was able to see via the x-rays that my bone looked thin and turns out after a bone test that she was right that I have thinning of the bone at an early age. Dr. Kelly really knows her stuff and her staff is friendly and warm. I highly recommend her. read more

I've seen a lot of doctors in my time (I unfortunately have a lot of health problems), and I've run into a lot of doctors who were callous and/or inept. Dr. Kelly is one of the few gems. I was completely delighted to have found her, and I would recommend her in a heart beat. I went to her for a broken foot, and she was very, very thorough and really, genuinely cared that my foot healed correctly. Front desk staff are always welcoming and helpful. Dr. Kelly easily and quickly diagnosed my ankle pain and referred me to a stellar Physical Therapist, as well as recommending some over-the-counter shoe inserts. She specifically wanted me to try the less expensive alternative to custom made orthotics first to see if they work. I especially love her in-house Peace of mind Pedicure. I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and cannot cut my own toenails, and have had bad experiences at "nail spas". Dr. Kelly has treated me over the years for a variety of foot ailments. When training for a marathon years ago she helped me with taping strategies for my sore feet. Later, she saw me through a bad bout of plantar fasciitis. It's been several years since I've seen Dr. Kelly, and didn't know if she would remember me, but, she greeted me warmly, asked about my family and reminded me about my success in completing that marathon. Dr. Kelly is a very thorough and caring physician. She spent a generous amount of time with me describing the tests she was running and how they would determine the best treatment for my foot discomfort. I highly recommend her practice. read more

I really like Dr. Kelly and have been seeing her for over 10 years. However, her current office staff leaves much to be desired. Dr. Kelly ordered an MRI of my foot. However, it's been 4 weeks now, and I can't get through to her on the phone to find out the results. Her current receptionist has taken the term "gatekeeper" to a whole new level. She insists on talking about my private medical issues even though I told her I didn't want to talk with her. She told me, "too bad," and hung up the phone on my ear!! When I tried to ask that Dr. Kelly call me back with my results, "gatekeeper" gave me some more double talk even when I reminded her of my HIPAA rights. There is a major lack of professionalism and too much ego going on with this office staff. Perhaps they think that since I'm a senior citizen, they need not afford me the same courtesy as their other patients. Just because I'm a senior, I deserve better treatment than this. So beware, Seniors, you may have to guard your own dignity and respect. Again, I really like Dr. Kelly, but these office conditions and practices are not acceptable to me -- being hung up on the phone and telling me I can't get the results of my MRI unless I pay another $170 is so wrong. You've been warned. P.S. I still do not know the results of my MRI but cannot withstand the degradation by this office so my insurance company just paid a lot of money for nothing. read more

Was previously happy with Dr. Kelly's service, but most recently care is not the same. There was little follow up/follow through; it was difficult to reach the doctor for advise after several visits; office staff not as friendly and helpful as in the past. Were left to our own resources with some suggestions rather than the doctor seeing the foot problem through. We asked for a bill adjustment due to lack of care, but instead got the threat of sending us to collection. read more

This year I found myself seeing Dr Kelly twice for two separate circumstances. I feel extremely grateful that I took my PT's advice to go in. She was able to diagnose and treat me each time in one visit. I was pretty distressed about the needles used but she made it pain-free and was funny, engaging, and honest. Would give a zero if I could. Very very disappointing experience. Was extremely interested in having the laser treatment/toenail restoration for toenail fungus. Dr Kelly is offering a free consultation to see if the procedure is right for you (great). I called today. Since I had seen Dr. Kelly on one previous occasion 8.5 years ago for a mild case of athlete's foot - they (the office assistant) wouldn't schedule me for the free consultation - she said it was only for new patients (BTW -this condition is not anywhere on their website). I pointed out the 8.5 year lapse and that I had only seen the Dr once for something completely unrelated (oh.... and that the laser treatment I wanted is brand new - only about 2 years old so I wouldn't have had any prior information about this) - still no go. I then asked just to go ahead and schedule the treatment (so I didn't have to pay for 2 visits) - she also said no - because, get this - I needed a consultation as it had been so long since I had last been in and I had previously seen Dr Kelly for something unrelated. HELLO - are you serious? Very, very bad business move on their part. Was looking to have multiple (cosmetic) procedures done and would have been a great (cash) paying patient (pretty sure the treatments I was asking to book were at least $2,000). Will be looking for another doctor. Looks like there is a great place in Palo Alto. Either Dr Kelly needs to take Marketing 101 or she needs to educate her office staff on how business really works. read more

Over the last two years, Dr. Kelly has treated my teenage daughter for several soccer-related foot and and ankle injuries. Her examinations are always very thorough and she asks many questions to understand the nature of the injury and how it occurred. So far, every diagnosis that Dr. Kelly has made was spot-on with the course of treatment leading to a prompt and successful resolution. One thing that makes her stand apart from many other doctors is that she takes the holistic approach to the patient. For example, when she heard my daughter's history of soccer-related injuries she asked some probing questions about her nutrition, sleep habits, and recommended vitamin supplements to strengthen the bones, etc. She also took the time to explain the nature of the injuries and to answer all of my daughter's questions. She also has great follow up and her staff makes every effort to get you an appointment as soon as possible. read more
