It's a laid-back destination for local families and all those wishing to escape the bustle of Garda. It's a beautiful spot with pristine white-sand beaches, a small swimmable island and clear blue, albeit chilly, limestone infused waters.

We packed a picnic and met friends at the edge of the lake. The grounds have a lifeguard, water sport rentals, a small shack that serves pizzas, spritz's, coffee, etc.. There are decent public toilets but you need your own tissue. I didn't feel like I was at a tourist spot despite all the amenities. I really felt like we had found a hidden gem near Garda lake.

This time, their vacation was ruined by neighbors with loud, unruly children--screaming and chaos day and night. When my mother politely asked the receptionist for help, she was brushed off. A simple fix like offering a different spot or addressing the problem guests would have made all the difference. Instead, staff promised to "handle it" but did absolutely nothing. When she then requested to leave two days early and get a refund, they coldly refused. That is not hospitality. That is not how you treat long-term, loyal customers. It shows zero care for the people who keep your business alive. To anyone considering a stay here: think again. If you run into a problem, don't expect management to help you--they won't. What should have been a relaxing trip turned into a miserable experience. This place has lost our family's trust and loyalty forever.
