LADIES & GENTLEMEN, CUT THE MIDDLEMAN OUT [PARCELHERO] AND TAKE THE SAFER OPTION!
I've worked and shopped on the internet for a number of years and I've met them all. The absolute delight, the steady worker, the brilliant entrepreneur, the total flake, the miser, the nut and, yes, the crook. With good people skills, you can work successfully with many personality types, except for that last one - the guy, gal or company who is getting through life by ripping people off and who will in no doubt, benefit from other services and then rip them off too.
I can definitely place ParcelHero in the last category - The Crook! In good faith I placed an order on 8 December 2017 and paid via the online payment system. It has now become apparent that this is a scam and a company who cannot be traced. You also took my money and ran, didn't deliver the goods and refuses to answer my emails.
ParcelHero ripped me off, took my money and didn't deliver the goods. Then sent me a bill for weight adjustment, claiming that the parcel was audited whilst on route and their captured dimensions was 62cm x 47cm x 34cm and the weight was 20.00kg.
I went to extensive lengths with measurements and volumetric weight, the actual dimensions was rounded up to 60cm x 40cm x 30cm and the parcel weighed much less than 10.00kg.
My review should speak volumes and show that this company are rip-off merchants. And, don't expect any customer care, satisfaction or goodwill either when you register a complaint. That isn't going to happen at anytime soon, especially if your a male............ In which case you've got more chance of becoming pregnant.
Money is funny. When we allow it to represent our self-worth, being unlawfully deprived of what we've earned can cause us real feelings of depression, anger or bitterness. I think the worst possible outcome of buying a service from a company, then being cheated by them would be for me to end up feeling poorly about myself or lugging around even one iota or self-destructive anger.
ParcelHero, you may take my money but I won't let you steal any more of my time by dwelling on your misdeeds now that I've decided to walk away. Me and my life are about so much more than hard earned cash.
I hope you can live with your conscience, and I sincerely wish that one day you go out on the street and get mugged.
In all probability, you will read this review but remain unresponsive. So have a good life and wear a smile for ripping me off.
Goodbye,
Leon Gray-Harwood. read more
