I rang MBE, whose Golden Pages ad. mentions the courier in question, and got full, concise instructions, and some sympathy for my complaint with the international firm besides. I'll certainly bear them in mind in future on the strength of this generosity. (Don't know about the international concern, though.)

The parcel arrived in Dublin after 3 days and their tracking system tells me that ''Our driver requires security access for this delivery. We are attempting to obtain the access information.'' For two times in the same day!! That's bullshit as I was at home all day long and all he has to do is to ring the intercom. Was impossible to speak to customer service or to email them using their platform. AVOID them, better to use regular post.
