Just dont use this company at all, your wasting your time and money, the "customer service" just does not exsist, the web page is just a waste of time. Parcel lost, somewhere in the Evri system, presume its still on a van as its supposed to be out for delivery. Cannot get any sense out of the moron who answers the chat page. read more

Do Not Use This Company!!!They Are Not To Be Trusted!!!! Take them to the small claims court - we are! Appalling! Package still not delivered and we booked Next Day delivery on 12 Dec 2022 Can't get to speak to anyone and Customer Services on chat dreadful. They say they've opened an investigation which could at the least take a further 2 or more weeks!!!! They refuse to contact courier (Evri) direct saying they don't have their telephone number (I kid you not) I am utterly disgusted with them and urge people to go straight to courier. Do not use this rotten company! Update 9 Jan 2023 I have received an email from (I assume) the same person who has responded to this review: 'After looking into your order a little further, I can see that the courier has now got back to us on your enquiry to advise the following: "Thank you for getting in touch about your parcel sent with Evri. I have conducted an extensive search and unfortunately, our tracking system is currently unable to locate your parcel. Due to the amount of time that has elapsed since we last received a tracking update, I must unfortunately deem this parcel unaccounted for. Parcels go through several handling and transportation processes and on rare occasions this may happen. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused to both yourselves and your customer by this." In light of this, I have now moved the enquiry over to a claim for you.' What? The package contained an item worth £565, it was about 60cm by 40cm and weighed approx 4kg. How can it be unaccounted for? It is either in the system at a depot somewhere or it has been stolen. I have no proof that Evri have either investigated or that they have been in touch with Parcel2Go. It is impossible to get in touch with Evri. The item was a music product and the recipient's children had bought it for his 50th birthday. I have asked Parcel2Go for compensation or that the package is found. I have received no reply from Parcel2Go who do not seem to care at all about their customers or their valuable parcels. Update 10 Jan I have received emails from Parcel2Go saying they will compensate £20!!!! Truly awful, they clearly don't care about their customers or the packages they send. If it has been in their system and then no longer 'accounted' for as they claim then it has been stolen. If it has been stolen whilst in their possession then they are responsible and it needs proper investigation. Evri/Hermes have been featured on Joe Lycette's show for auctioning customers' undelivered packages (even though they were clearly labelled) Look it up on YouTube - 'Your Packages Are Sent To Auctions'. Parcel2Go and Evri have thousands of complaints about missing and undelivered packages. This is a national scandal and these companies must not be allowed to get away with it. No-one uses a courier service expecting a chance that their package will be 'lost' or stolen. They use a courier service to deliver a parcel as they are contracted to do - however they try to wriggle out of it they have breached their contract. Parcel2Go's CEO has contacted me and repeated their £20 offer which I have rejected. He even writes how valuable his customers are!!!! What an insult. I expect fair and proper compensation for my buyer. Parcel2Go and Evri - it is the right thing to do by your customers when you are responsible for things going wrong. Do the right thing. I have not received a response from Parcel2Go - more updates to follow Update 19 Jan Yes that's right a whole 9 days since the last update and the only thing that has changed is they think they might know where the package is and there is a 'good chance' it will be delivered!!!!! They are now blaming a backlog for all the problems. Asked for any further update from the CEO (after another week goes by!!) and had nothing back!!! They have until the end of this week to sort this out or we will all be taking legal action. Shocking company. 'An Evri driver was captured on video delivering an item and taking a picture, before returning to steal it. The driver was sacked and the incident was reported to the police.' A news report! Regulator Ofcom said the customer service some people experience when a delivery goes wrong 'simply isn't good enough'. Jan 20 Update After yet another email to George Iveson CEO at Parcel2Go he has finally come back with: 'Unfortunately, they have confirmed today that due to there being no further tracking updates alongside the time elapsed they have officially classed the item as lost within the network.' So now they're saying they've lost it twice!! He has offered £50 compensation which I have rejected. I gave Parce2Go/Evri a deadline of 12 today to either find the package or compensate the full amount my buyer paid. I have heard nothing. I have written to the press to investigate them. I believe the CEO at Parcel2Go is on annual leave - how dare he! With our money! Date of experience: 06 January 2023 read more

the worst experience ever! I sent 17 parcels in 3 different orders on May 25th and 30th from the UK to Italy (just some personal effects that I thought I could take with me, you know because people do move and go living somewhere else) and today I find out from Parcel2go that one of the parcel is being returned because I have not paid the customs duties. DPD has not communicated anything to me, BRT (Italian courier) which seemed involved says that it has not received it and that I was not supposed to pay customs duties since the order contains personal items. I've contacted the person who now lives at my old address and he says that he hasn't received anything. Parcel2go has not assisted me in anything, DPD is impossible to contact and BRT says that it knows nothing about it. The other 2 shipments are with UPS. even those stopped at customs. they asked me for lots of documents to prove that I have lived in the UK for more than 1 year (I sent an employment contract, A.I.R.E. registration, ID, Nation Insurance Number, lease contract, etc.) but the parcels are still stuck, except for one that arrived today (all broken and hastily taped over) part of an order for 9 parcels. yes, after spending more than £300 I received 1 out of 17. It would have been easier to smudge drugs! They are already incompetent, Brexit gave them the final blow. read more

Parcel2go - Wrote 'Thank you for your email and my apologies for the delay to this delivery. Having looked into your case I can see this was dropped off on 22/11 but was not collected by DPD until 25/11. I am very sorry the parcel was so delayed in being collected from the drop shop, I appreciate this both disappointing and inconvenient. Kindest Regards Lauren W Reply - Me 'Dear Customer Services, Thank you for the apology but I think a sincere apology at the very least deserves the refund that I requested. I will not be using DPD again.' Kindest Regards Lauren W Parcel2Go 'Unfortunately I would be unable to offer a refund on this occasion due to the non-guaranteed nature of the service and the fact a delivery guarantee refund was not purchased on this occasion. Goodwill gestures of apology are made to prepay only.???' Wish I had read these Bad reviews before I used them! read more

Large ( greater than 20kg) package needed to return to a company. Booked this and paid extra to get it there by a cut off date. Waited all day - no one turned up to collect package. NO customer service to complain. No telephone number. No "friendly operatives" on the web chat. It's a bot that only does the very basics. Only option to was to rebook the collection for next day - with a delivery date now a day outwith what I paid for. Next day - ditto. Waited all day (again). Have read the other reviews (now!) and there seems a very obvious pattern of exceptionally poor service. Wish I had read the reviews first. Hope other people read this review and AVOID THIS COMPANY. read more

There seems to be NO way to contact them when you need to check on a parcel. ~ The LIVE Chat is bot that is useless. ~ No Contact details. ~ Trying to claim for loss but it says it's past 28 days It has taken them 35 days to get to the delivery depot!!!!! Absolute disgrace of a company. I paid for a guaranteed delivery on my parcel to arrive in Austrailia on 14/12/22. It has been in Australia since the 13/12/22- 27 minutes away from its destination and has been sitting there since. Today is 23/12/22. This company is a fraud. They take your money. They have no control over the couriers nor direct contact with them. So, when the courier does not turn up to collect your parcel, Parcel2Go can do nothing about it! They take your money, don't provide a service, then keEP your money for 5-7days before refunding it! I wish I could give a negative star rating Tip of the week. NEVER EVER use this pathetic company and don't whatever you do give them a credit card number. Phantom shipments now appearing on my credit card and they wont investigate - simply "I didn't make a shipment on that date so contact your bank for a chargeback". These folks used to be the absolute best for shipping but over the last 6 months or so they have become an utter disaster. UPS has had issues shipping out of the UK. That's obviously not P2G's fault directly but rather than helping their customers out, they have instead gone entirely silent. They've stopped responding to emails, messages, any contact about missing packages. UPS won't answer questions and refers all inquiries back to P2G since technically they are the shippers as far as they are concerned. So with P2G unresponsive, we are now looking at having to go to small claims court to recover the insurance funds as they aren't even responding to calls for the claim to be filed. This isn't after a week or even a month but 4 months now! Enough. read more

Never, ever use this courier. They are absolutely terrible. They lost two of the parcels I sent just before Christmas (I only sent 4 so a 50% loss rate), and even though I chased they never appeared to manage to contact the depot (and probably didn't bother trying) to locate the missing items. I spent hours trying to find out where the parcels were. Eventually I gave up and had to claim on the insurance I had taken out. They then required masses of paperwork to prove the cost value of the items (not the actually value, meaning you lose all profit). To get to this point took 6 weeks after they lost the items. Then they eventually me paid back 2 x postage and 1 x insurance claim. So I had to contact them again about the missing insurance claim and they said wait. Then I contacted them again and they said wait. It is now three weeks later and still the payment hasn't been made to me. There is no phone number, and the chat is rubbish. Honestly, it just isn't worth using them. They are cheap for a reason. read more

No wonder Parcels 2 Go refused to offer us reimbursement for a lost delivery - they're probably financially crippled what with their overheads in buying fake Trustpilot and Yelp reviews. Cowboys at best, a scam at worst. In essence: Because they book collections with couriers in their own name, you can never claim compensation with the couriers directly (they will redirect you to Parcels 2 Go), and Parcels 2 Go have refused our claims on both occasions, so we are out of pocket to the tune of £1k. This Company take your money and are then uncontactable when their service fails. The number quoted on this page is no longer available. Their emails suggest that a response will be provided but these are empty promises and you end up feeling that you have been scammed. The company claim department is diabolical. I have created the claim where they were not satisfied with any documents I have supplied with their response to always submit further which I have done and then they have cut me off that I have missed the deadline window which has been created when I open the claim and not extended by me submitting further. So their strategy is to request more until the deadline window expires. After that, they have close the claim. There is no contact, no customer service, no way to contact them further. Dreadful company! I tried to speak to an agent about a parcel that had not been delivered and you are not able to physically speak to anyone you have to go to an online chat. I waited 90 minutes in a que before I was able to speak to someone, I was asking about my missing parcels and the lady did not answer my questions, she then informed me she would have to pass me onto a colleague and sent me to the back of the que was was infuriating! I had to wait a further 60 minutes before I could speak to someone again. I was informed that the reason I was sent to the back of the que was because she had finished her shift, this is not how business should operate! I have made this account just so I can post this review. This has been the worst experience I have had with a company ever. Like Coralia C. it started off very typical, they picked up the parcel and everything was being posted online on the tracking website. But then it all started to go downhill from there. The package was stuck in sorting for 8 days, after being "guarantee" next day deliver, then after I contacted them and asked what was happening they said that I gave them the wrong address, and that they were waiting for me to contact them. First of all, I was not informed to contact them and had I not been checking up on the parcel every other day I would have not known to contact them either. Second of all, the address was right and I even confirmed it again and they said they'd deliver the package the next day. The package was delivered the next day like they promised, however, it was delivered to the wrong person and signed by them, which I got the proof of delivery for after contacting them the 3rd time about it, having waited 4 days for them to send the email with the proof of delivery! I opened a case requesting either a) my money back or b) getting back my package (contents were worth over £50) which they rejected, even though I gave sufficient proof and didn't ask for much. They gave me no info on why it was rejected and again, didn't contact me letting me know it was rejected. When I contacted them to ask about why it was rejected they said it was because they had proof of delivery, even though I specifically outlined that I made the claim because they delivered it to the wrong person and the rightful person did not receive it. It took me a whole month to get through all this to find out they basically told me to go away. read more

DO NOT USE PARCELS TO GO! I Have had two parcels lost in a month costing me 500 quid and it takes them over two weeks to tell you that they cannot find it, by this time the buyer has claimed their money back. I am now waiting for negative feedback due to their incompetence. They do nothing to track your parcel and their tracking numbers are a waste of time. Pay a few quid more save yourself the headache and be covered. I cannot stress how difficult it is when a parcel goes missing using parcels to go. One thing they do is tell the companies not to discuss a case with the sender you have to go through parcels to go who do nothing. I must say this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company. It all started very smooth, I took my parcel to the delivery office and I started tracking it. It was shipped and then returned at warehouse. I contacted someone on live chat on Monday and this Jenny lady said that everything will be ok, my parcel will be delivered on time, she will investigate why it has been returned and she will email me in 24/48 hours. So I stopped worrying. After 48 hours, I received no email and the tracking reference hasn't changed although she specifically said that it will be updated and my parcel will be on its way. Today (48 hours later), I started talking to this woman, Jo. She said that actually my parcel will be returned to my home address, they do not yet know the reason.Apparently it will take another 24/48 hours to determine the reason. Also, she said that she has no idea when will I receive the parcel, and I will only discuss a refund when I actually receive the parcel at my door step. That's when I start getting annoyed as it's already the 10th of December and my parcel needed to be received on the 15th. I sent this parcel on the 2nd of December just to clarify. She passes me onto her manager apparently. So I'm now talking to Sarah. She explained that I will definitely be getting a refund....when the parcel reaches my door step. But in order to get a refund, I need to contact them again! On live chat! OMG! I need to talk to another one...again..... Ridiculous. She could not tell me why the parcel hasn't been sent (although it takes them literally 10 minutes to call and ask) and that it will take 24/48 hours. Apparently I will be getting an email but I somehow doubt that. Oh...and my parcel will be with me sometimes...in a few days, maybe beginning of next week. Really? So you can't even be bothered to send my parcel back? You are a disgrace and I can't believe you are allowed to call yourself a delivery mediator. When you promise a service, well...bloody deliver a service not lies. So, not only that I wouldn't use them, but I will ensure none of our three businesses we own use these people again, we will ensure that none of our friends, family, suppliers use their services either. We have a list of hundreds and we are prepared to contact them all to ensure that no one touches parcel2go. Avoid, avoid, avoid! read more

This is a CAUTION, DO NOT USE PARCEL2GO! I am totally exhausted by the hours of stress trying to sort out problems by Parcel2Go and Yodel. I am writing in the vain hope that this will escalate the problem I have and responsibility and action will be made by PARCEL2GO and Yodel teams to simply resolve the problem that I have. Two packages were collected from my home. We had printed and securely fixed the correct addresses to each parcel. Upon collection, the driver put sticky labels on the packages and we asked if there was a receipt for tracking which we needed. He assured us no, just the tracking number as per the order placed online: Parcel 1. should have gone to Mr. S in East Kilbride Parcel 2. should have gone to Mr. D in Cheshire. Guess whatTHE DRIVER SWITCHED THE STICKY LABELS! And no driver at any point, or at any depot looked to see the mistake! The following Thursday we had an email and spoke to our customer on the phone, Mr. D. A package had arrived and it was the wrong item in the box. We discovered that the correct address we had affixed was on one side, and the sticky label on the other was incorrect. He took a picture as evidence. ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES!!! We then started various chats/calls with P2G and Yodel and discovered that the other parcel was at the East Kilbride depot and had yet to be delivered. After being assured by a P2G Agent Andrea that instructions to hold the package for Mr. S at the depot and re-deliver correctly were made we logged off. On Friday, as per P2G's advice, we called in the morning to double check and were told yes, those instructions were with Yodel and that a collection from Mr. D were sent to by P2G to Yodel. On Friday afternoon, a package was delivered to Mr. S. He found that the contents inside were not his. As per Mr. D, he saw that the correct printed label from us was affixed and that the incorrect sticky label addressed to him was on the other side. He also took photographic evidence. Both customers acknowledged receipt of goods for the other. After being told by P2G that Yodel would arrange new collections, we informed our customers, apologetic for P2G's and Yodel's mistake. Mr. D waited patiently for collection on Monday, then Tuesday, and then I escalated again to P2G and Yodel. Where was the collection as promised? We were promised by P2G that it was organized now with a new courier as they hadn't had any updates from Yodel. At that point on Wed, we did not have anything but verbal or chat assurance that instructions have been placed both on Thursday, and followed up on Friday. No one emailed as promised. Parcel2Go and Yodel have such poor tracking and even worse customer service follow up. We then found out Yodel collected the package from Mr. S on Monday evening and brought it back to East Kilbride and its sitting somewhere now LOST?!? Parcel2Go had no idea that this had happened! And now they have no idea where the package is! (Our poor customer Mr S just thought great, its sorted and he only thought maybe something was wrong on Wed when a Parcel2Go City Link courier showed up demanding a package!) And this was all despite me trying to elicit daily updates from Parcel2Go and Yodel from Friday till Wed what the status was for our customers. The package with Mr. D was collected by who knows? Even though it was arranged with City Link by Parcel2Go, Parcel2Go don't know if Yodel or a City Link courier collected from Mr. D on Wed, we just know they gave our customer a JD number (BTW this is what Yodel call it, so guess its Yodel again?!?) I have several chat transcripts which display this colossal incompetence. I also made several calls to Yodel, who despite having to pass me back to Parcel2Go, gave me explicit instructions to tell Parcel2Go to escalate with Yodel's Premier Customer Service team, and that new tracking numbers would required with each new order, and that as the order was placed by Parcel2Go, these new tracking numbers (a 7digitJD ) would be provided to Parcel2Go and that they should provide this to me for tracking. No such thing has ever arrived. I am very skeptical at this point that this matter is being resolved and that rather than solve the problem, believe both Parcel2Go and Yodel are arguing over culpability. I simply want this sorted, and my customers and myself compensated for a service that they should not have to pay for. Save yourself the hassle, DO NOT USE PARCEL2GO or YODEL!!! The actions were so simple, pick up the mis-delivered packages, check the labeling and forward them to the correct addresses! In an ideal world I'd like to see Parcel2Go and Yodel compensate myself and these gentlemen for their shipping fees. But guess what, before they even knew if things were resolved, Parcel2Go offered me £20. That's not even half the cost of my shipping let alone any further compensation for my time and effort to get this resolved. But its galling that they DIDN'T EVEN CHECK to see if my packages were DELIVERED CORRECTLY!!! I have read more

Impossible to call and it is such an ordeal to contact copy paste and just get a claim going with all their requirements for documents to process . The only thing they have made easy is taking your money and printing labels... the service is slow. things get lost tand no information along route. I will never ever ever use again but someone a bit more expensive who know what they are doing...... Whatever they have changed to compete from what was a good reputation is an appalling mess now... Plus I hate no phone number when I am annoyed and forced to use chat The dehumanising , misinformed lack of information and come day go day attitude and lack of care , complicated way of dealing with things deadlines, rules and total lack of clarity make these people a total nightmare to deal with. Still not clear why my parcel came back or if I have a refund.... three months later. I cannot possibly depend on these people find any clarity and the user interface online is a nightmare. Never ever using again. Avoid . Pay extra with Parcelforce or someone. anyone with great reviews who is geared up to the job. read more

Absolutely appalling service. I run a small business making dresses and sending to the US on a regular basis. Recently some of my parcels have not been delivered. When I have reported them to Parcel2go they have sent me a quick email to say that your parcel has been found and it is on it's way to the customer and close the case so that I cannot put a claim in. Weeks later my customers are still waiting for the parcels to arrive. Parcel2go won't re open the case/s or answer any emails and I cannot contact them by phone. I have customers who want refunds for items that hadn't been delivered and I don't have a hope in hell of getting any compensation. I am now hundreds of pounds out of pocket. I had been using Parcel2go for almost a year, sending on average 6 - 8 parcels a weeks. However the customer service is so appalling that I will go back the good old Royal mail. read more

I've waited over a month for URGENT parts then never received anything. Contacted live support 3 times and rearranged delivery 3 times. Parcel2Go make it impossible for you to find a phone number anywhere and live chat are useless and unhelpful. Courier leaves no card(they haven't even attempted delivery). They refuse to allow me to collect my parcel from the depot. They've now informed me that it's been sent back to the sender and immediately refused to speak to me further under the data protection act because I am the recipient and did not book the collection. It's my damn parcel and I paid for delivery not to mention you haven't even attempted to deliver it. I've never received such an appalling service from any company. These are business items and you've caused massive delays not to mention losing us money. read more

Parcel 2go as just lost a valuable parcel which I sent to a buyer in Exeter, through that so called courier Hermes (P2G13939926) .The tracking system does not work ,and there is no way that you can speak to anyone on a telephone. All you can get is on line chat which is no good to me and it is like putting your head against a brick wall , and in any case they don,t return e,mails. .I have looked at a lot of extremely bad reviews about Hermes ,and strongly recommend that one as nothing to do with either company . Do not use this shambles of a company. They take your money, don't turn up to collect or deliver your parcel and don't answer emails, phone calls or live chat - a complete scam of a company. Look at all the other negative reviews saying exactly the same thing - total discrace. read more

Avoid these middle-man buffoons like the plague. They are unhelpful, disrespectful, disinterested and downright cheeky. I would rather gargle with molten mercury than use this company again. Go directly to the couriers. These eejits make simple problems, massive ones. read more
