The office staff (Rafael, James, and Seth) are so funny, and they're always finding ways to make living here fun. Also--very pet-friendly place (the staff may love your puppy more than you... maybe... lol). Overall, if you can find a place here, I would! We're going on our third year and have debated other places, but nothing compares. The amenities are well maintained (because no one wants to just look at the pool or gym because it's out of order AGAIN and was supposed to be fixed last week). The landscaping is always clean, and the people here are friendly and family-oriented if that's what you're looking for.

And most of all they do master the art of active listening which I found it to be very rare in the other places I have rented. Thank you to all of them and special thanks to Candy for the help through the whole application process and for always being prompt and available to respond to our multiple concerns. Location: The community is located off the main road which makes it easy to enter and exist plus it gives the place a feeling of tranquility.Buildings are new compare to what you can find here in Corpus. Units are very moderns and spacious. Personally , I love the choice of material especially in the kitchen. Outdoors :The landscape are very well maintained and clean .i have noticed they are also planting trees which is going to be even more beautiful. Residents : Calm and respectful to others and the premises.I like the fact that they pick up after their pets and don't trash things out in the common areas. Services: They do offert a valet trash service and a very innovative system of receiving items that residents have ordered online. Fitness center with towels and bottles of water available as well as a playhouse with a theater center. At anytime, in the lobby , you can find ,at coffee and cookies . How cool is that!? Maintenance: I am relatively new but I have requested maintenance for one or two quick fixes in the unit. Also , i have purchased a TV and the company fees for helping me mount it on the wall were very exaggerated . Luckily the maintenance team is going to help me tomorrow for a way less . Fast , efficient and agreeable Is how I would describe them. In definitive, I am just happy we found this place and It could not be named otherwise ! The Retreat is really an oasis of calm and quietude. Thank you again !
