Captain Mark and First Mate Gianni made this an awesome amazing experience. It's a ~3 hour trip. It's about a half hour ride out to the bay. Then everyone gays a 10-15 minute sail. Then back to port Their sail can hold 3. But if you book as a 1 or 2, you can fly solo or tandem. The bay is shallow in the area and the water is crystal clear so we are able to see dolphins, a manatee and som rays from the air. We had a crystal clear day so the views were amazing. Captain will dip your toes in the water on your descent if you want. This was just a beautiful morning out on the bay. read more

We had a great time. The staff, from check-in to the guys on the boat, were friendly and knowledgeable. Captain Mark, and his assistant Matt were fun and very professional. The boat shuttle captain, Keith, was funny, professional, and even pointed out a few interesting facts about the area and the houses along the way. There was one other parasail company out while we were parasailing and they weren't as high up as we were. Glad we chose Parasail Siesta. I highly recommend them. This was so fun!!! I was afraid, truth be told. I only did this because it's on my bucket list LOL! The instructors on the boats are awesome! They explain everything and all "possible" scenarios well. It was amazing! If you gotta pee or any other restroom activity I highly suggest going before boarding. There is no bathroom on board. They offer water and you can bring your belongings as well. And if you get sea sick(like I did) grab a Dramamine because it can be a rough ride out. I got sick and the guys gave me alternative ways to feel better. Other than throwing up!! My only regret was not getting the picture package!! Trying to take pics when you're in the air, and afraid to let go of the straps was damn near impossible!!! Spend the money for the pics and don't forget to tip these guys!! They do some hard work!! read more

Had family in town that booked a trip with this business. The crew noticed a distressed jet skier that was in the water and could not self rescue. The crew rescued him, literally saving his life. They took him to the dock to receive medical treatment (he was in and out of consciousness). The owner was mad because it disrupted their service and because it took so long it messed up the next trip. Where is the humanity? I would gladly give up some fun to save a life. Everyone on the boat applauded the crew for doing that. That's the guys I want to go out with. Shame on the owner! read more

I rented a golf cart for a week from this place. The golf cart was a piece of junk. The restrictor was set too low and would not even allow the cart to get to 15mph consistently. When I told the manager that there was something wrong she had the owner (Omar) call me an tell me that there was nothing wrong with it. I drove it for a week it was terrible. Lack of speed caused traffic jams behind me. I rent these all the time in other places and I've never had a worse experience. Do not waste your time or money. read more

We booked a single and a double as we knew my husband and two adult sons together exceeded the maximum weight of 425 lbs. The guys on the boat insisted all 3 go together, and obviously they couldn't get more than 15ft above the boat. When they pulled them in they slammed the side of the boat, because they were too heavy, and one son cut his leg. My two sons then went up together, but the employees refused to put my husband up because they would have to change the parachute to a single. To add insult to injury, they tried to charge my husband as an observer! read more

We went parasailing with Parasail Siesta Key and had a great experience! I had only done it once before. This experience was better because the boat was not as crowded. We had a party of 5 with another party of 4. My two boys ages 8 and 10 went together with my son in law, while I went with my daughter. Then the couple that was parasailing and their 2 children went, making a total of 4 rides. The only time I went parasailing in the Bahamas there were at least 14 people in the boat, and only two could go at a time, and the rides were shorter in time. The boat was comfortable and carried cold water. But the best was the company! We met Ricky who mostly drove the boat however he was friendly and anytime he could safely engaged in a conversation, he would do so. Then there was Kicca Mathews! Yes we memorized his name! He was mostly in charge of safety instructions and gear. He was the funniest and would not stop talking! He would switch between the two families abroad and kept us engaged at all times. Anything to make us feel welcomed. We paid $90/person and yes times 5 it was expensive, plus tips, but well worth it seeing my boys faces and excitement while flying! They offer an option of $80/person before 10am but we are not morning persons :) Glad I chose them! read more

The girl I spoke to on the phone was extremely courteous and accommodating with my vacation schedule. When I arrived at the boat with my wife and young children, the captain and crew were very friendly and professional.
