What a tour! Our guide, Alexa was so knowledgeable. We went taken through the Madlock set, prop building, and different building where movie were made. Some are just fronts of buildings. Totally worth the 2 hr tour.

Attended an event here and it was absolutely exhilarating! Tons of local business dressed the set shops up as their own stores. This is an annual event highlighting minority and native American owned businesses. Every entrepreneur I encountered was so excited to be there and share their gifts/talents with the world. Nothing short of amazing experience.

This is one of my favorite studios. I have been coming here for gigs for a long time. Parking can be challenging but I always have fun when I come here. So many different sets and security people are very helpful when I can't find the building I am supposed to check in. The lot is very clean and well maintained and everyone is friendly. They usually have a good catering depends on the productions. Two thumbs up.

When Paramount Pictures calls, you're gonna be there either for an event, taping, background, pre-screening, or even to visit the studio. Security is very tight, unless you're with a staff member that takes you around, visitors are being watched by security at all times. To be able to enter the premise as a visitor or an invited guest for taping and backgrounds, you must need your I.D.

Paramount Studio is my absolute favorite! The atmosphere, history, and charm are unmatched. Every visit feels magical, and I can't get enough of this place!

Paramount Studios is one of my favorite studios to work at. Everyone is soooo nice to engage with, very professional and thoughtful employees all around. I had work here for several years for a few shows/movies as background, specialty talent, stand-in. This time around I was part of production, so I got the pleasure to work a different aspect of it. Professional, courteous, charismatic and very helpful are just a few words that come to mind from my experience from the first phone call, email interactions, and in person. A little shout out to Nino from security, he was extraordinary and totally made my days better with his outstanding personality. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

the VIP was 1/2 day and included a true gourmet lunch. I think it was $125 well worth it

I am really not sure what is happening to my reviews. I came across some photos I wanted to add to my review and just like movie magic, it's gone! I am questioning whether I should invest any more time in 2022 writing reviews as they seem to vanish after some time! I absolutely loved this Studio Tour. Pay extra for the VIP. Includes a great lunch! Go! Oh and Yelp.police please help, someone's stealing my reviews

Not that I would be dislike the studio as it had so much history in making movies, but it was my first time here, I can see right now they're doing a few shows as it is home of Rookie Feds, Rookie, iCarly, Dr Phil, etc Things I hate to point out was the lack of communication between departments and employees, I wasn't the only one that got lost here as they also book my car for the day, but security at the gate could not decide where to send me, luckily I was always early on set so I could manage some time to navigate stuffs around. On the other hand, I felt bad for the non union people who got mistreated today at lunch, normally they would have catering separately from crafty, but they decided to have crafty to serve us breakfast then told us that the lunch were complimentary for everyone who came after crews, meaning it's a walk away lunch which they try to get away without looking at the contract, I am lucky that I am SAG AFTRA but still have to wait on first unit because I understand how things work and the reason why I joined the union so that they don't treat you like you owe them your life, especially the rude people from crafty who would tell you they might run out of food after crew, I am surprised that for today shoot, so many non union people even though it was a small call and the production knew so that no one would call and report to SAG, as long as everyone being courteous to the people who came after then should there be enough food for all? Well at least make sure there's enough food because they paid you to do your job.

Paramount Studios is one of my favorite television and film studios located in the heart of Los Angeles, at Gower and Melrose Ave. When I think of Paramount Studios, two things come to mind - Eddie Murphy's hit movie 48 Hours and the hit tv show Happy Days... classic Paramount Productions. I spent about five years here working on Sabrina the Teenage Witch and the Buffy the Vampire Slayer spin off Angel, among other shows. All great memories. If you get a chance to work here or visit, there is plenty of fun facts and movie and television history behind the Paramount gates. Peace / Love

Paramount Studio is one of the major studios in Hollywood. They are member of the top five studios such as Universal, Columbia , Walt Disney, and Warner Brother that still exist today. They produce some the best motion pictures and beloved television shows. I was really excited to visit this studio First of all, I want to shout out to Jack J, who invited me to his place of employment. I got to preview the screening of Bumblebee at "The Sherry Lansing Theater". It was a great movie. I hope you guys all go watch it. I also had the opportunity to walk the studio. Jack arranged it so my check in was super easy. I also got to park in the lot for free. This studio was spotlessly clean and the decorations for the holiday were amazing and inviting. Staff were professional and I had a great time. I hope to come back again to get their studio tour Paramount Pictures Tour $58/per person. It is a 2 hour tour Paramount Pictures VIP Tour $178/per person. It is a 4.5 hour tour with gourmet lunch, free parking, personalized souvenir photo The only reason I didn't give this place a 5 star because I did not see any stars on the lot. My beloved television shows are film here such as Hawaii Five O, This Is Us and NCIS. I am glad I got to experience this place and hope to return another time for another screening. Thanks Jack. You are the BEST!

I KNOW it's from the Walk of Fame, but he's basically Mr. Paramount, so it counts for something. R.I.P. 1918-2013.

Paramount Studios was the setting for a funny-but great-experience a few years back, possibly 2011-2012. I was hanging out by the commissary (The Dining Room & The Cafe) with some colleagues and I remember it became a lot quieter for some reason. I saw a very well-dressed man in a suit, complete with coordinating handkerchief (something you really don't see too much of out here) slowly pass through with a small entourage. This was my introduction to A.C. Lyles. Productions working within the vicinity literally halted to a stop, as directors and other important crew members came over to introduce themselves and shake hands with this legend. Impressive it was, seeing someone who started as an office boy in the mailroom practically grow up with Paramount itself be so charismatic in his territory, and as he approached us, you could see a sparkle in his eye. Then came the incident that left me speechless: he pinched my cheek. This cracked my colleagues up, since they KNOW I am not a touchy-feely-huggy kind of person by any means. I was so dumbstruck, as I didn't think I had much of a babyface, and this was completely unexpected. He laughed along with them and told me that I ought to have a nice day with cheekbones like mine (??). Since this all came out of nowhere, I managed to utter something among the lines such as,'I, uh will sir, thank you very much." I'm glad he did it.

I had three great songs that I had written over the summer that I decided needed recording for my debut album. My drummer offered her bf's studio to record the band, which was cool at first. It ended up being a HUGE mistake--the drums sounded AWFUL recorded in his place. Small, tinny, behind-a-padded-wall sound. Out of sync totally. Not to mention his overall attitude was weird--it ended up being his session, not mine. I thought there was no hope for saving these records. And I still had yet to record my vocals. Luckily, we found Rene on Yelp. With his help, I was able to record my vocals and get the drums fixed to a T. Rene made my songs go from B-side 1960's crap small-studio sounding to 2019 sparkling, widescreen Katy Perry perfection. We also go the songs done relatively quickly. I was obviously a bit trepidatious going back into a studio after that last experience, but I shouldn't have been. Rene is very nice and personable, the opposite of what I experience so often in Hollywood. I felt comfortable in his studio the second I stepped foot inside. Rene and I are also on the same wavelength creatively--we both feel when a take is right and when it's not, when a song is hot and when it's not. He is very honest and will tell you the truth, which I appreciate. My favorite part of working with him is his sense of humor. I also respect how I requested no autotune on my voice and he actually listened--most other engineer/producers I've worked with laugh right in my face at that and never do it, they're too egotistical to ever let the singer make mistakes on their record. But he let me try it. Remember, as a mixer, masterer and engineer, his success is your success. He is a hard worker-I must have asked him for 40 files for TV and film placement purposes and he sent me every single one immediately. He is a walking plethora of musical knowledge. The actual room is small where I recorded, but it worked fine for me and my backup singer. If you really wanted to, you could cram a small choir in there, maybe a horn. Rene's studio is for overdubs, not bands. So, keep that in mind. Although he does have other rooms. Great, high-quality gear, too. Fantastic mics. Rene is awesome! I can't imagine going to anyone else to finish this album. Excited to work with him again. Would recommend! 10/10 ***check out edithviolette.com to hear the final product, will be out soon***
