The blood draw went OK but they only allow one person in the tiny office at a time so you have to wait out in the hallway. I called and asked for my results and they told me they couldn't send them electronically. (I would have to go back in to get a paper copy.) I had billing problems from day one and when I called to try resolve the issue, the phone would ring forever and then hang up on me. Or if I got really lucky, I would leave a message and no one would ever call back. The next few times I called, the phone rang endlessly and no one would pick up. Do yourself a favor and go to any other lab!

This guy (I believe his name was Brent), manhandled my arm with a needle in it and after trying to get my blood 3 times said I'd need to come back because they are only supposed to try for blood 3 times (3+3=6?). Not only would I never come back there again, they took my lab slip so I can't go to Enloe (where there are competent people) without going back to my doctor and getting a new order. If you don't like your career, change it. Don't be huffing and puffing when you're too incompetent to do your job and start to hurt the patient.

They have very specific hours in which you can go in and get your drug testing done. I happened to arrive at 1:25 PM and upon walking in was treated a little rudely due to having not properly checked in via the kiosk in awaiting area. I had never been there before and had no idea I had to "check in" because the detailed email I had received didn't specify I had to do so. The lady at the check-in desk made sure to reiterate, "they only did drug testing at certain hours of the day". I reminded her that I was there during the "certain hours of the day" that being between 1-2pm (the time was 1:25 when I walked in). After her initial rudeness and my test got underway her attitude changed and she was fairly decent. I was walked back to a room, and had to show my ID, give the registration number sent to me in the email, then was led to a one person bathroom, given a cup and instructions. She then told me to place my purse, anything in my pockets, including my car keys in a lock box. She locked the box and I was told to not flush the toilet or run the water, after peeing in the cup. Afterwards I was to hand the filled cup back to her, and she checked the toilet, told me to wash my hands and then she flushed the toilet (weird that I wasn't allowed to flush it). We went back into the other room to finish the process of labeling and verifying the sample container. She then had me check and confirm my name/registration number and walked me back to the bathroom, unlocked the box with my personal items in it, said we were finished and SEE YA! I walked out. The entire process took about a half an hour.

I arrived when I was told to. Filled out my paperwork and was called back to the room like in less than 10 minutes. The nurse who did the intake was warm and professional... cute too. The NP who saw me, Dr, Yaminifar was thoughtful, concise and I was at ease with him. I look forward to a long relationship with him and Ampla. Don't go in expecting a bad experience, Just go in and be normal. They are wonderful.

My PA Niki Ott worked with me to figure the best way to get as much information on what was going on. I never felt ignored or rushed to leave. I was told to check mychart later for results, but didn't need to, Niki called and went over the results.
