I have been looking for a good resume writing service in the area and thought I'd have to drive to…read morethe city. What I found was more than great! Mary Jo from the initial phone call I made exceeded every one of my expectations. The entire process was done over the phone and email. I did a career change 14 years ago and wanted to get back into something between the two careers I've had. Mary Jo accomplished that so well that I am completely blown away! She had very interesting paperwork for me to fill out. I say interesting because one of the questions was: "What was my favorite color?". Let me tell you, this woman captured more than anyone that knows me personally ever could do. She summed it up on 2 pages with beautiful design and a touch of color. It still had some white space which means that the resume did not look crowded. Mary Jo has a very unique and rare gift of words. Communication with Mary Jo during resume writing process and her customer service are bar none. I am a very customer service oriented person and always pay attention to that aspect of any service I use. I received my finalized resume and cover letter in PDF and Word document and in that email was more "best practices", advice, repeating some of the information we covered in our phone calls as well as some useful links for job hunting. That was the best idea to put it all in one email so you don't have to look any further. If you're in the market of resume writing service look no further. You will not be disappointed.

I can update my resume and call anytime for advice or a concern in how I think something needs to be worded specifically to my profession. I received multiple interviews immediately after applying for positions and could be more selective on acceptance of an offer. I will be a repeat client and urge others to use her service.

I had to review this place after seeing that another client had rated this business so poorly. If…read moreyou are looking to file taxes, legitimately, then this place blows away the competition, especially the larger scaled accounting firms such as H&R Block, etc. I drove all the way from Chicago to file my taxes this year through this firm, and not only did they get me a return, they got me smaller returns for the previous 2 years that I filed through a family friend in Chicago. I couldn't be happier with my results and will use LL Tax Service for all of my future accounting needs, and recommend them to anyone. P.S. if you are looking to lie, falsify documents, or cheat the system, this firm may not be the best bet. Plus, that's illegal!!

It went to over $1600! I was told the extra charges were because I had asked a question when dropping off my info, which was: would it make sense to put money into an IRA account. I assumed that was a simple yes or no that would become clear once the return was finished. I was told they ran 4 different scenarios regarding IRA deposits. They said that after each scenario, I was called and that I rejected their proposal, which triggered another proposal. I was not called ONCE, let alone 4 times. No messages on either my home or cell phone. I would highly recommend AVOIDING this company if you are looking for integrity, professionalism or honesty. I found none of that!

After 1 month of nothing done on my taxes and the owner telling me he needed "certain documents", all that I supplied weeks prior, I picked up and left with about 6 days left to file. I found Victory Creek in Franklin. Knowing I was way late, I told them my situation and previous horror story. I only asked for an extension and an appointment perhaps months out, as they were very busy, BUT they insisted I come in immediately to see what they could do! I was assigned to Aleshia. We met, I told her my story, probably included a few choice words about the other location, and she saw no issues with any of my paperwork AND I had them completed and filed before the deadline! Aleshia is great. She understood, she was not a "stuffy" tax person (sorry all other tax people), very relaxed and guaranteed the timeliness of her work. For me it was never about "money back or owed" it all is about the process. Go to Victory Creek, Ask for ALESHIA.
