She solved several difficult problems, such as a report of mold; She recommended two experts, one of whom found no problem, the other found dampness and the solution. At the end, we vacated the property and moved out of state. Mykah took over, hired workman and transformed the house into a beautiful showcase. She turned my office into a garden room, arranged to borrow furniture, selected and purchased light fixtures and carpets, and chose paint colors, inside and out. If we had been there we would have objected to changing our beloved home, but her judgement was better than ours. The house looked spectacular on a web site, with many professional photos. It sold quickly with multiple offers. Mykah handled all the details and we didn't have to return to California. Throughout, Mykah communicated extensively via email and phone, and seemed available day and night. Selling a family home can be a traumatic business; Mykah made is almost painless, even a pleasure. Going through this process with a professional such as Shamina can change this experience from a stressful process to something that is highly manageable and educational. Shamina assisted me in selling one of my properties. This required quite a bit of work on her part as it was going through a remodel and then hit the market. Shamina assisted me throughout the entire process, she helped with finding the right people to work with, getting things completed in a timely fashion and getting the property to market. Within one week we were in escrow with great buyers and the process was very smooth due to having an agent that knew what she was doing and was completely transparent throughout the entire process. I am happy and confident with the entire transaction and will work with Shamina again on future transactions.

Lots of history with Ines since we lived in the same community and went to elementary school together. She immediately embraced us with warmth and sensitivity knowing how difficult it would be to sell a family home. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and we felt in good hands during the entire process of selling my home. Her approach was thorough and she has a solid understanding of the market. She had a detailed plan every step of the way from getting the home ready, providing the staging, listing the house, open houses and presenting the offers, She provided price comparisons in the area that helped us determine a listing price that ultimately attracted multiple bids and a higher price. She made recommendations for work to the house and coordinated the staging. Ines had a group of professionals, regardless of the job, that swooped in and within a short period of time to get the home on the market when the timing for selling was good. The best part was that he made it easy for us, so that we could focus on packing.
