Unfortunately we caught colds when we were visiting Rome. I looked on Yelp for a nearby farmacia…read more The closest one got bad reviews, so I kept looking and found this one in Lucina. Interestingly, I had noticed it when we were out for a walk previously. The store is clean and welcoming. The front of the store is devoted to personal care and cosmetics, but the rear is where the medications are kept. We chatted about symptoms for a bit and narrowed the complaint. The best product was chosen. By the next morning we were feeling optimistic that we were on the road to recovery. The medication was holistic and had no side effects. It just worked. Great service, great solution!

Please read! AMERICANS BEWARE!…read more ANTICA FARMACIA SANTA LUCIA SRL STORE!!!! They all owned by same parent company/person. Store up charges you once they state your "sick". They sell you everything under the sun after they "test you". I came in with common sinus infection, left with 7 boxes of medicine as they all do one thing, and "this medicine matches a this, and this a fixes a that" bozo Italian stuff. Then when you realize you got scammed, there's a no payment return policy (even if unopened), only store credit return. Absolutely a scam business. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Dr. Farshad is a scam artist. Should not have any license and not be titled as "Dr". Should be revoked and investigated by Italian Ministry. Value is overpriced. Selection is minimal and over priced once they sucker you in.

We saw several of these pharmacies throughout Rome, and I assumed they were all part of some kind of chain or nationalized system. I guess the signage is standardized, distinctive and green, so the pharmacies are easy to identify. They are otherwise independently operated places of business. This Farmacia had a vast, highly visible selection of condoms. I had to ask for help to find the nail clippers, which were in a less obvious location. The woman working the pharmacy was polite and pointed me in the right direction. I clipped my toenails as soon as I got back to the hotel. €4 very well spent. Hit up this pharmacy if you're in this part of town, in need of grooming tools, prophylactics, etc.

When I arrived, Jessica was waiting for me. She started the manicure right away and was very meticulous yet careful as she worked. My Italian is not great but she was able to understand what I wanted. She did a great job with the mani and proceeded to the pedi after. I was happy that she soaked my feet in a foot bath as she worked. She did not plug it in though so it did not vibrate. I did ask her to add more hot water since the water was cool when she started. She did a great job scrubbing my feet and removing all the dead skin. I was very happy and my feet felt great! I think they thanked her The price for both was just under €50. Not bad, IMO. One happy customer. Will definitely be back! I will also add that while my feet were soaking, Jessica thoroughly sanitized her station and prepared it for the next customer. She wore gloves and a mask the entire time and changed out her gloves when needed.

Her name was something like reberta rebecca idek i couldn't understand exactly what her name was but just super rude. It was a million degrees in the sephora bc it was 101 outside and i was waiting for my 90 year old grandma and 7 year old sister to shop about to have a heat stroke and she yelled at me for standing in front of a fan that was in the middle of the store. she then proceeded to say it's not allowed.... and then stands in front of it herself. super rude and then i just felt her gazing and staring at me the whole time she could've been nicer but even so... is it illegal for me to stand next to a fan for 2 minutes?? I was barely there for 30 seconds? It seemed selfish because she then went in front and just stood there. gave me dirty gross looks the rest of it and then all those employees just crowded me while i shopped to the point i felt like i couldn't breathe.
