Pros - Responded fast to my YELP quote request…read more Cons - Showed up late. Employee was not in a uniform, no name tag, didn't introduce himself "I'm here for the pool". I simply requested a quote to fix the hot tub. The man looked over the equipment then proceeded to tell us he forgot the samples for remodeling the pool. I advised him that I was only needing a quote to fix the hot tub today. He responded by saying it's old and totally needs to be replaced then proceeded to measure the pool so he can quote us for a remodel. After not hearing back for over 24 hours I messaged the company asking if they had the quote to repair the hot tub and was told "no" because I told her "guy to shut up". If you think I'm exaggerating, please look at the screen shots from our conversation. I've also included my RFQ that simply stated I only wanted the hot tub looked at. I even included photos. I can't believe this company assumed they could trick me into hiring them for a total pool remodel after I simply requested a quote to fix the hot tub.

My pool was having concrete and stone repair work done and needed chemicals and a good cleaning. We agreed verbally that he would provide weekly service every Wednesday for $55 + chemicals. On 4/18 I gave him a check of $232.74 for getting my pool scrubbed, shocked and back to normal. I went out of town and returned a week later to find my pool in the condition of the above photo. I asked him why he did not service my pool as we had agreed and he responded because I did not sign the contract he emailed me. I paid this Mo person trusting in his word.
