Stephanie then informed me that the dogs could not be kenneled inside do to someone/ or dog needing more space because of its medical needs. I would understand this if it was brought to my attention way in advance. we have a senior dog that has to remain inside due to random seizures and has to be watched. once we found out that she would not be keeping them inside I was able to find someone else to watch them that would keep them inside. I had cancelled my reservation for them to be dropped off today for a month and she sent a message saying she can no longer accept my animals due to it being within two hours of drop off. I am not pleased how she handled the whole situation. We had to physically contact her to make sure of our drop-off dates and times were good to go (she never once got in contact with us to check in). If you agree to something that agreement should stand, on all of her platforms she does not state a cancellation policy, so I think that that needs to be updated. Plus, she is very rude and vague when she contact us. We've had the dogs picked up before and had to wait 30 minutes to an hour waiting for someone to showed up to let us get our dogs. Dog sitting is not cheap so me paying over $1000 I would expect a little bit more.

He wasn't mean, he just wanted to play. he would jump up on us, and our small kids, and knock them down. After 3 week of training, in house at Muttworks, Keith brought him home. Rip is now the perfect dog! Our kids can now play with him, with no worries of being tackled! When we take Rip in for group classes, the other trainers come up to him, call him by name, and tell him how proud they are of him. Keith, along with his staff, are loving, and treat Rip like he is their dog. If you have a dog, that needs some training, I highly recommend Muttworks. They've sure made our dog the perfect companion for our kids, and us! We would highly recommend their services! Keith and his staff, are truly dog whisperers!!

When we took…read moreour 6-month-old (now almost a year old) German Shepard to them, he was very reactive, scared of going out to stores, the vet, or meeting new people... All of these were a nightmare for me (and him). Now we can go out to stores, do outdoor activities, and even with groups of people. I was so impressed with how they turned his training around that I have also taken his "sister" a 4-month-old German Shepard to have her trained as well (dropped her off for training at 12 weeks old to start her off right). I took 2 handfuls (fur babies) in and got 2 very well-behaved best friends back. After 6 months we are now in protection training, and it is going great. The classes are very informative and, most importantly, fun because let's be honest, if you're not having fun then your pet is not having fun and now, you're not going to classes. Everybody I have interacted with at MuttWorks has been very professional, friendly and more importantly, THEY LOVE AND TREAT EVERY SINGLE DOG THEY TRAIN LIKE THEIR OWN.

Both of my girls had already had their rabies and had already been spayed and microchipped. They called me two days later to inform me that Mina had heartworms- she is now barred from insurance covered heartworm treatment for life. They had me come the following day to pick up the very expensive antibiotics she was to be on for 30 days before her heartworm treatment was to begin. Took her to another vet to have her tested. When I walked into the shop, the groomer did not realize I was there, and I witnessed her aggressively twisting my dog's ear while saying, "I'm not the one you want to bite." She then placed a rope tightly around his mouth. My dog has never had issues with previous groomers, has never cried during grooming, and has never been difficult to handle. I also specifically requested that the hair on his ears and tail be left longer, but those instructions were not followed. In addition, he was shaved so short that his skin is visible. Based on what I personally witnessed and the condition my dog was returned in, I do not recommend this groomer. I believe my dog was mistreated, and I would not trust her with my dog again. I was told 60-70 for small dogs but paid $75. I wish I could rate her as a 0.
