This is review is for the shopping experience, I haven't received the product yet but will update once delivered and used. Purchased an outdoor kitchen on Black Friday, had great experience with Brandon, who was knowledgeable and provided a few options based on what we were looking for. We ended up getting one of the kitchens on sale, which seems to be great value. Brandon went over the contract and delivery details and the overall process was easy and pleasant. I went here to buy wood for my Tejas Smoker. What I saw when I entered is what appeared to be high pressure sales and a show room of grills. I saw no area for accessories or support. I asked for wood and got a shaking head. It's probably not fair for me to say that I felt a little dirty leaving. I gave two stars because they apparently don't have after sales support and the employee I encountered was less than enthusiastic. Oh, and the other review from the cat who got a poor install helped. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PARADISE GRILL, BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! We recently purchased an $8k pro grill/kitchen from Paradise Grill and it was delivered a few days later, everything looked fine and we signed the received receipt. On the same day the grill was received it began to rain for about one and a half days. I went outside and noticed the stucco finish looked thin in areas and fiber was popping through, also there was water stains and finish had washed away in areas. As I rubbed my hand on the stucco, the wet colored finish was on my hand as if the stucco was melting off. I took photos of the damage and forward to my sales person who sent it to her manager that forward it to Paradise Grill corporate and I was told Corporate will contact me to address and correct the problem. A week goes by with no follow up from Corporate, I called the sales manager and he said he will call again. I received a phone call in a day from Paradise Grill "customer service" Kelsey and she said so what is the problem? I asked if she has the photos of the grill and she said yes and asked if I received it that way, I replied no, it happened through the next couple of days with the rain. She then replied ok I can have someone come out to repair for $150 service charge. I told her I wasn't going to pay for that because it clearly is a production issue and the stucco probably wasn't cured before shipping and then it rained the same day. She asked if read page 2 of the contract that states once delivered all damage needed to be noted in writing for repair. I said yes I am aware of that contract clause but the damage didn't happen until it began to rain the same day it was delivered and the photos were taken two days after receiving the grill. She said if you don't want to pay the service fee then we can maybe send you the stucco for you to complete the work, I then told her this wasn't a solution either as I don't work for Paradise Grill and this is their issue to fix. Kelsey said she will need to speak to an owner and call me back. Another week past and no phone call, I called back and was told Kelsey was in a meeting and would call me back, when I didn't receive a phone call I called back again and she said she didn't receive the message. I then asked what is the solution because I am not going away, she said well if you don't want to pay for service trip then there isn't much I can offer. I asked how much does some need to spend at Paradise Grill to get customer service that I was promised by the Windermere sales team? I told her this is the last time I am calling, if I do not get a reply by end of day I will post my experience to yelp and other sites to warn other buyers. She said the owners have left for the day give her until tomorrow no later than Monday to reply with a solution. Another week has now past with NO reply from Kelsey or any other representative from Paradise Grill to address the issue and I have NO option but to share the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from this company. read more

We bought our Aruba 6 and had it delivered on March 2nd, 2020. We have been dealing with Paradise grills since then with no resolution. Our unit was delivered broken with missing tiles, no refrigerator, no umbrella, and no grill cover, which were promised to us. No one has come out to fix the unit or bring our missing parts. We have talked to numerous people saying that someone will get in touch with us to no avail. We now own what was a very beautiful unit, and are paying on it, only to have it look like it has been dropped 2 ft. Very disappointing customer service and very disappointed in the integrity behind the promises. Do not purchase anything from Paradise grills. Unless you want to just throw your money out the window. read more

BUYER BEWARE! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced, all everyone does is lie! Never call you back. Finally got our $22,000 tiki bar delivered after months of hassles and it is looks aweful! Wish it would let me show pictures, outlet covers are crooked and not texture finished around them, hole where the trash can was supposed to be, scratched along the sides, refrigerator won't open due to one of the outlets being in wrong place. What a joke! We have resulted to charging back our credit card to see if we can get anywhere with this company. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered Gx8 at tent sale end of Feb 2021, paid in full. Memorial weekend still no grill. At the time of purchase I was told the unit was already produced and in showroom, delivery would be in 3 to 4 weeks. I called in 3/4 weeks, they had a hard time finding the order. Now I was told I would be called in 4/6 weeks for delivery and the delay was covid related. Of course no call again. I called again, now I was told the unit had to be manufactured and my order had been lost and I would have it by 5/28. I called 5/25 to make sure they were still on target and was told yes. 5/27 i received a call the grill that was available for delivery is on the right.. 05/09/2021 We are super disappointed with the customer service of our outdoor kitchen from Paradise grills. Initially, everything went well. We visited the Clermont store, had a very nice salesman named Bryan who seemed pretty knowledgeable about the product. We decided to purchase an the GX 8 series out door kitchen. Bryan stated that they had some overstock items that they would like to move so we said great. Picked out a color and paid. Bryan wrote up sales receipt and stated delivery would take 5-7 weeks. He said there was a customer service number on the sales receipt to contact for any issues and that that customer service would call us to set up delivery about a week out. Here's where the disappointment comes in. Week 5, I decided to give customer service a call and just get an estimate on when to expect delivery. I knew we still had a couple weeks before the 7 week mark, but was hoping they could give me some information. I spoke with Mark he stated we were slotted for delivery the week of April 12th and that I would receive a confirmation e mail for delivery. Ok fine, this would be the 7 week mark. April 13, I called because I still had not received any confirmation. This time I spoke with Atef. He proceeded to tell me that the delivery was now scheduled for the 1st or 2nd week of May. I asked him why they were going to be so much longer in delivery then I was told. He said they were very busy and behind in delivery and that they had to custom make the product. I asked why they would need to custom make it when we were told that it was an overstock item that had already been made? He then said that all the tops they use were defective and they were waiting on tops. Again, I said we bought this weeks ago and it was overstock. Why would they have not said something about the top then? He had no answer. However, he did say for our inconvenience they would include a griddle for fee to our order. After speaking with him, I called our salesman Bryan to ask if he could help me to secure a delivery date. He said there was really nothing he could do, but he would speak to his manager and have him call us. Never received that call. Fast forward to May 3, I still had not received confirmation email for delivery. I called again. This time I spoke with I believe his name was Brian. I told him I was still waiting on the email and a delivery date. He put me on hold and finally came back with the dates of May 6th or 7th and asked what day would be better. I told him the 6th would be best for me. Ok, on the 6th, I rearranged my whole day waiting for them to deliver. On that morning I called to confirm the delivery for that day, as I still had no e mail confirmation. I spoke with Mary, who then told me that they didn't have me on the schedule until the next day. I Told her I had already planned for delivery that day, but there was nothing she could do. She then told me I would receive a confirmation e mail for the nexts day delivery and that they would reach out to us the next day for delivery time. I said fine I would rearrange my schedule for the next day and reminded her I should be receiving the griddle as well. May 7th, I was worried because I never received the confirmation e mail, but did finally receive a text stating that delivery would be around 5-8pm! I was aggravated that I once again rearranged my whole day only for them to be coming in the evening. Could they have not told me that the day before? They arrived at my house around 6:30 and the delivery guys were very nice, however, they did not bring me the griddle I was promised, and the screws they gave us to mount the sink were to short. The total time from purchase date to delivery ended up being about 10 weeks. I understand things happen and things have been backed up due to this past year of Covid, but the runaround I was getting from customer service was unacceptable. If they had just told me upfront that delivery would be that long, I would not have been so frustrated. As it was just delivered on Friday, I will reach out on Monday to see if they will provide me with the griddle and if we can get the correct screws for the sink. I hope in the future, they keep their customers informed and don't make dates and promises they can't keep. read more
