(We left our house at 2am Friday, caught our flight and stopped by to eat a late lunch around 3pm Saturday... tired, cranky, hungry... and looking for fish and chips. I soon forgot about the latter. The sign for crepes caught my attention- and they offer sweet and savory options... sold! This is an art I haven't mastered, tho he clearly has. Not too eggy, thin, crisp, chewy, everything one could hope for. Truly a beautiful crepe, delicious and reasonably priced. I'll be craving it come morning, I guarantee!
