Dr. Corbett was able to immediately identify the cause of my pain in my lower and upper back during our first appointment and when he finished, I literally felt like I was walking on clouds. He has a great way of explaining why/where I was feeling pain during my adjustments in a way that I understand and between my commitment to doing stretches on my own and weekly adjustments, I've seen a difference. If you're seeking pain relief and have had chronic back issues, I'd highly recommend Paradigm Chiropractic. read more

Dr. Reid is amazing! I instantly fell in love with her welcoming personality and genuine concern for my well being! Not only that, but the results in just a few visits are what's truly amazing about my experience! No other doctor has been so observant to every little detail with a depth of knowledge and the the ability to make connections to solve problems that I didn't even know I had! I feel 1000 times better! I would highly recommend a visit to Dr. Reid to anyone for at least a wellness check up. I've seen other chiropractors that use ridiculously fancy exercise machines and overly high tech x-ray analysis that never came close to the results I've seen in two weeks with Dr. Reid! Dr. Reid explains everything with easy to understand examples and demonstrations. I really can't say enough great things!! Extremely happy with my experience!! read more

Dr. Jenkins is a miracle-worker! I initially went to him for lower back pain during the summer of 2017, which turned out to be a sprained back. His treatments had me in significantly less pain immediately, and I was all better within a few months. Now, I only see him when I have some new aches and pains, but he always helps! I threw out my neck last night and called first thing this AM, and he fit me into his already full schedule. My neck feels SO much better! You will not regret working with Dr. Jenkins. His staff are also lovely! read more

My wife has been telling me to go to the chiropractor for some time now. I was highly skeptical that chiropractic therapy would be the answer to my year long knee pain. One visit with Dr. Henry Jenkins and I'm ready to dunk on 20 year olds again. #KOBE!!!! Paradigm Chiropractic /Dr. Jenkins for the win!! read more

I've been very happy with my treatment from Dr. Anthony Ward. I was very nervous about going to a chiropractor, and the whole experience has been comfortable, therapeutic, and most importantly effective. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good chiropractor, especially if you live on or near the Hill! read more

I moved to DC in January of this year. I had been receiving chiropractic care for the past 10 years or so for chronic back pain and after arriving in DC my back pain became acute. Dr. Reid an extraordinary chiropractor. She has effective techniques for alleviating acute pain and stretches/etc to do at home to help combat the chronic pain. She also takes the time to know you and understand your lifestyle and how chiropractic care fits into it. I enjoy every visit. Going to Paradigm has been transformative. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Jenkins for acute and chronic symptoms for the past two months. He is absolutely amazing. I saw many doctors before him and he is the first and only one to make a huge difference in my overall wellbeing. He is hands-down the best chiropractor I've ever seen. He is truly gifted and his expertise is unparalleled. He gives you his complete attention and dedication and is compassionate. I feel so blessed to have found him. read more

I could go to paradigm every week, every day! I feel much stronger and have less pain. So glad I made the call.

I will keep this short because there is nothing bad to say here! I have been going to Dr. Jenkins for nearly a year. I've seen chiropractors in both North Carolina and London and Dr. Jenkins provides a level of service that is unmatched. Not only is he a complete expert, he explains what he is doing, and is always willing to troubleshoot other areas of pain. After 3 weeks of severe knee pain (I cycle and was away from DC during the holidays) I went for my usual appointment and told him. He did several adjustments and treatments and immediately the pain was nearly gone. I recommend you don't waste time and money by trying someone else. Only tiny downside is that he doesn't accept my insurance but he is well worth the out-of-pocket cost and provides a discount when you purchase a package of visits. You cannot go wrong here!! read more

Dr. Jenkins is, quite simply, exceptional. I have visited chiropractors off and on since highschool, and I can say that he is the best at what he does when compared to all of the others I have visited. Not only does he address the pain that you have, he also does further investigation into figuring out root causes of other issues. For instance, I came in because my neck was hurting. Additionally, I had some pain in my knee that i casually mentioned. Since visiting him, the pain in both has been greatly reduced. He listens. He fixes. He is fun. Aside from the actual transaction of relieving pain, Dr. Jenkins is a good guy. I enjoy our conversations. He is in process of growing his business and I hope that, as you read this, you strongly considering giving him yours. Bottom Line: I hurt before, I feel better now, and I am proud to give Dr. Jenkins my business. read more

Dr. Jenkins is the best chiropractor in the world- this is coming from someone whose dad is a chiropractor! He knows every adjustment that exists and can fix any problem treatable by chiropractic. I have been suffering from Post Concussion Syndrome for the past year and needed a certain type of adjustment to help the back of my head feel better, and Dr. Jenkins helped me! Thank you. read more

AMAZING. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jenkins. I'd never gone to a chiropractor before and was so so so impressed. He has such a lovely presence, and clearly knows what he is doing. So thoughtful and respectful. Can't recommend high enough! read more

Typical DC chiropractor! A waste of money! You ask why? First they waste your time with initial diagnostic where the doc is going to tell you what is wrong and what they need to do to fix you. Then they tell you it will be lengthy process and then they put you on stim, drop table and tell you to heat. Here is the best part of it. Wait for it. It is going to take several weeks or more to fix, you will need to come in twice a week and after your first appointment you will not feel any better but a lot poorer. Check out other places and look around as you will find someone who cares. We did and he is wonderful. read more

Have not tried this place but was surprised after reading all the positive reviews that they dont offer xrays, a crucial component re. diagnosis. The first visit is $95 and you are given a script for an xray -- meaning that you have to put the additional time and expense in to complete the diagnosis. Other places I have called so far include xrays and cost less. By all means this place might be terrific in the long run but I am discouraged as a first timer for the reasons outlined read more

I've been seeing Dr. Jenkins for over a year and he is really a great chiropractor as well as a great person. I have an old injury from a car accident and after 12 years of chronic pain and sciatica, I did recently decide to have surgery. Dr. Jenkins has supported my decision and continued to treat my injury post-operatively with great treatments within the scope of what is now possible. I also just had my first massage from Zina, who is now the massage therapist at Paradigm. She is simply amazing. She's truly gifted beyond her years and I feel better than I have felt in months. I really needed the different type of care that massage offers and I am so thankful to Dr. Jenkins for finally adding massage to the office! I'll be a loyal patient at Paradigm for as long as I can foresee. Unless I move out of state, this is my place. read more

Dr. Reid was personable and friendly. She took the time to explain to me what she was going to do, AND she listened. When I did not provide a solid yes or no, she paused and explained she needed something more definitive. She performed the test again. I look forward to my next visit. read more

I went to see Dr. Jenkins for back pains that I've been experiencing for a long time. After a few sessions, my back pain has totally been relieved. Its a wonderful feeling. Dr. Jenkins explains what he's doing and why he's doing it. He makes you feel at ease and as comfortable as possible. The only downfall about my service, I would say is that sometimes he runs a little late and that's fine (things happen) but I never received an apology from him nor his receptionist. They never acknowledge the fact that I've been waiting for 15-20 mins after my scheduled appointment time. This occurred twice. Sometimes a little acknowledgement and apology can go a long way. Other than that, my experience has been great! read more

Love Paradigm! I'm working with Dr. Reid right now (not listed on their website) and really enjoy her. She has a great, quirky bedside manner. I really appreciate how she listens to me and repeats back to make sure she's heard me correctly - I feel like we're actually working together instead of her just imposing treatment on me. This is my first time using a chiropractor and I'm impressed with the results I can immediately see. We're currently trying to realign my jaw, which is a pretty subtle adjustment and will take some work, but it would make a huge difference for my jaw pain. read more

Dr. Jenkins works magic. Came in to deal with some nagging lower back pains and he was able to fix me up in a few visits. Also great when i need to drop in for some adjustments. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Flexible hours and very convenient location. read more

Dr. Jenkins is the best Chiropractor I've been to, and I've been to a few over the years on account of a bad neck and moving around. He's attentive and performs a range of adjustments, not just the one or two immediate problem areas like some. He also focuses on solving the problem and educating me about long term solutions care solutions but doesn't get judgy if people forget to do their home stretch routine. The staff is very friendly as well. read more

Dr. Jenkins has helped me overcome migraines and neck pain. He is truly professional and is great, caring guy on top of it!

I've been coming to Dr. Jenkins off and on for several months for different types of chronic back pain. He does a great job treating you where you are today, but he also keeps the big picture of your health in mind. I've learned new stretches and strength routines to address the underlying cause of pain. Add in the flexible hours and great location, and you have a five star rating! read more

Dr. Jenkins is a true professional and has been instrumental in helping me to work through an old dance injury. He truly cares about his patients and ensures that each of us receives the utmost care every time we visit his practice. read more

Dr. Jenkins and his staff took great care of me when I was involved in my MVC. He is so nice and pays great attention to your needs. He takes his time with his patients. Definitely worth going to! The only thing I wish they offered were x-rays. I had to travel elsewhere while having severe pain to get an x-ray done. If they offered x-rays, I would give them 5 stars. read more

I'm not one to normally write reviews but in this case I have to share what an incredible Chiropractor Dr. Jenkins is and how he has improved the quality of my life. I had hurt my shoulder and went to see him to get that addressed. His treatments immediately helped me and we are working through what I expect will be a long healing process. Through idle conversation I brought up that my "running days" were behind me because of feet issues. I have seen podiatrists for years and had accepted that being in pain was the new normal for me. He asked me to take off my shoes and he adjusted my feet. Instant pain relief! It never occurred to me to see a Chiropractor for foot issues! I have seen many Chiropractors over the years. He is by far the best. I love to watch him work as he is clearly analyzing the adjustments he makes by feel as he stares at the ceiling. He doesn't need the expensive gadgets that I have seen other practices use. It is a rare thing to encounter such a gifted healer. read more

Dr. Jenkins at Paradigm Chiropractic does a really great job of fixing your aches, pains, and misalignments. I went in for chronic back aches and, after an evaluation, Dr. Jenkins gave me a series of treatments that got me realigned and kept my back pain away for about four months now. Dr. Jenkins himself is very nice, caring and compassionate, and most of all competent! He takes time to really study your physiology and understand where the problems are originating, and knows exactly what to do to make you feel better immediately. He's not offering quick fixes - it took almost four months of twice weekly treatments to resolve my issue - but each visit you will feel incremental improvement and your results will last. The office is small and not fancy, but they have what they need to treat a range of complaints. My favorite treatment is the massaging traction table, where I could literally spend all day if they would let me. The only real criticism I have, and the reason I am giving four and not five stars, is that they keep very limited office hours and so it becomes a little bit difficult to schedule an appointment. I've found it best to book several weeks in advance and get an early appointment so that they aren't backed up. This is fine if you aren't in need of immediate treatment, but if you are in a lot of pain and don't want to wait to see the doctor, it might be difficult to get in right away. Overall I would definitely recommend Dr. Jenkins! read more

I'm going to bet all the former reviews are all fiends of Dr. Jenkins. This is the worst chiropractor I've been to in my life. Old dilapidated office combined with an incompetent medical assistant. You remember those old thermometers where your school nurse would place it into a wax paper sheath, then tear off the outside wax paper where the plastic wrap is underneath? Yea, the assistant insisted that I put the thermometer under my tongue with the wax paper on it. I actually had to tear it off for her to show her how to do it. Secondly, Dr. Jenkins was making bogus adjustments on my ribs by using a small rubber mallet. I shared this with several chiropractors in the DC area, and they said they're ashamed of what some chiropractors try to pull off. The only reason this is one star is that he does give your back a good pop/adjustment, but other than that, there are so many good ones in town to go to that are right by the metro. read more

I had been having hip, groin and butt pain for more than three years. Spent months doing physical therapy, which didn't help at all. Cortisone shots helped but only temporarily. Diagnosis - bursitis. I told my yoga instructor, Paul, about my issue and he suggested Dr. Jenkins. I went to see him and he examined me and found my hips, pubic bone and pelvis out of alignment causing the pain. After the first treatment I felt better. I provided him with previous xrays and he is the first and only doctor that reviewed them with me. Even a lay person could see that one hip was higher than the other. I have also been recently treated for foot pain and was contemplating surgery....well his alignments have helped with that too. I can now run two miles without having to stop because my feet hurt so bad. It goes to show that our body is all connected and fixing one component at a time may not be the thing to do....He also has a great bedside manner and explains everything is going to do and why. Bottom line is that I feel like a new person. I was taking Aleve every day, twice a day and now I am rarely taking it. Oh, and yoga is easier now too! Thanks Dr. Jenkins! Also, he has a wonderful, friendly office staff. Automated appointment reminders by computer and phone. I also highly recommend the massage therapist, Ray. He also has a keen understanding of body mechanics and the two of them work well together. I was thrilled to find that Ray was now working for Dr. Jenkins as I have had massage from him in the past in salons around the neighborhood and temporarily lost track of him. read more

This place is great! Nice waiting room, friendly receptionist, but the best part is the personal attention I receive from Dr. Delamarre. Other chiropractors I've seen seem like they're just trying to churn through as many patients as possible as quickly as possible, but Dr. D really takes her time to figure out what's going on with my neck and back. She uses a variety of techniques--adjustments, stretches, wonderful little massages, and various machines to stimulate and stretch the muscles--that leave me feeling like a million bucks when I walk out of there. Plus, she shows me exercises to do at home to strengthen and stabilize my neck and back. She also understands the stresses and hectic life of a working mom because she, like me, is the mom of a toddler. If you're looking for a chiropractor who will take the time to figure out what's happening with your body and then use a variety of techniques to make you feel better, go see Dr. Delamarre at Paradigm! read more

Dr. Jenkins is incredible! One piece of advice, wear flip flops. He really helped me with some severe back pain, but I always wore tennis shoes to appointments because I wasn't having any ankle/foot pain. One day I wore flip flops and he saw issues with my feet I didn't even know I had! Again miracles were worked and I feel much more balanced. read more

Dr. Jenkins is profoundly skilled, and a rarity in the field. I've suffered from a thoracic pull for 3 years. He honed in on my ribs and work his magic. He's the first to do this! I no longer have a pain that made me wince when I moved a certain way, particularly when I exercised. Dr. Jenkins also focuses on my lower spine and I can feel the gait in my walk become longer/more graceful, as well as the discomfort in my thigh muscles go away. He's definitely part of my wellness team! We met because my other favorite chiropractor moved out of state. Funny thing...De. Jenkins was also a patient of my other chiropractor who was also great. Dr. Jenkins knows good service and delivers it! read more

Dr. Reid is excellent. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly she identified a treatment plan that has worked for me. What I appreciated about Dr. Reid especially is that she was able to take the feedback I gave her on my pain and combine that with her professional medical diagnostics and expertise to identify what my issue was. As a patient I know where the pain is, but not why it is happening and so I appreciated her ability to help me. I also have been encouraged that as I have gotten better she has encouraged me to space out our visits more and more, which to me I have taken as I sign I am making progress. I have been to chiropractors in the past who I feel wanted me keep coming back (and pay my co-pay) even when the pain was gone and I didn't feel we were making any progress. Overall, my experience here has been excellent and I highly recommend them. read more

Dr. Jenkins is awesome! I began seeing him for lower back pain after a slip & fall incident. He's engaging and listens to your concerns to try and alleviate the problem areas. I never had an issue with scheduling and they always worked with my schedule. read more

I have been coming to paradigm for about 6 months now and I continue to be extremely impressed by Dr. Jenkins and his staff. Not only is the office welcoming and clean but there is tea, filtered water, and great magazines available while you wait. You probably won't wait very long though because the Paradigm team is as efficient as they are effective. Dr. Jenkins is very professional and easy to talk to and has helped work to realign my hips and address a longtime issue of knee pain in one of my knees. I love that I can come in and out in typically under 30 mins feeling I got all my issues addressed. I feel so lucky that a friend referred me as I am one happy patient! read more

My daughter is a chiropractor but is living in Africa. She recommended Dr. Jenkins to help with some very bad hip pain. He was fantastic. I got relief after the first visit. After three visits there was no more pain and there has been none since. I recommend Dr. Jenkins highly. He is very professional, very kind and gets results. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Jenkins for about four weeks. I found him through Yelp while looking for chiropractors near me and his reviews were the best - and they're totally well deserved. I went in for chronic neck pain, but he recognized some hip issues (I injured myself running about six months ago) and has been working with that, too. Not only is my neck making progress, but my hips are more stable and stronger than they were. Definitely recommended. read more

Dr. Jenkins is wonderful. He listens to you closely and he approaches his work holistically and treats the whole body. I went to him for help with Posterior Tibial Tendon problems in my foot that a podiatrist unsuccessfully treated. He realized that my foot trouble was also a sign of other alignment issues and has helped me tremendously. I also have some shoulder, forearm and wrist issues from decades of computer work that he has improved greatly. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. I feel very well taken care of. read more

This was my first visit to a chiropractor. I was at my wits end, not knowing what to do with pain in my back and hip, after having been given the brush off by other medical practitioners. Dr. Jenkins came highly recommended to me by friends I trust, and he lived up to the expectations. The first positive experience was the most pleasant and extremely efficient office staff. The second was Dr. Jenkins himself. He is thorough and thoughtful in his approach and is more than willing to answer all of my questions with the intent of teaching and informing me about the procedures. He is pleasant and professional. The most important: I have found relief whereas before I was popping pain meds. read more

I came to this place one time and will never return. Upon coming into the office I was greeted by two separate young ladies at the front desk, one was so into the computer and typing she seemed to barely notice me. She did provide excellent explanations on my insurance once her attention was actually on my presence and not between flipping through papers, picking up the phone and helping other patients. The other had a visible attitude and was chewing gum that I could hear her from the waiting area. I completed the paperwork and was taken back by the same lady chewing gum to have my weight and blood pressure taken. As I glanced around I could notice that this place needed a serious upgrade. From the boring decor, to the very small rooms I did not feel their office was inviting. The office also smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. I was taken back to the see the doctor and noticed a screen to read/view xrays but was told by the front desk that they did not perform xrays and I would need to be referred to another facility. My treatment was somewhat mediocre. I feel as though all the basis of my treatment were not covered not to mention, he even stopped my treatment to take a personal call, HOW RUDE. I will say I did leave with some relief but the overall atmosphere of the office is not one I wish to continue to attend. After my initial visit I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you were desperate. read more
