Her demeanor was very off-putting and honestly I should've walked out, but my son really wanted some ice cream. She finally walked over to us and no lie, she literally just stared at us!!!! No hello, no welcome, how can I help you....no greeting whatsoever. Just downright RUDE. It took everything in me not to say anything, but I proceeded to just order the ice cream (against my better judgment). We weren't offered any toppings, sauces, etc and it was like she just wanted us out the store as quickly as possible. Not even a set of napkins were offered to us. Another customer came in after us, and wasn't treated this way. Interesting...But, I paid for the scoops and left. The experience was so uncomfortable that I will NEVER EVER set foot in that shop again. It's unfortunate because our ice cream is actually really good (hence the one star given). But the customer service was a ZERO across the board. I didn't give a monetary tip because it wasn't deserved by any means. But here's one you could use: Treat EVERY customer the same...NOT just the ones who look like you!!!

The woman working the counter, wearing a Rosalina name tag, was very helpful in explaining some of the pastries we weren't familiar with. She also let us know that they use all the organic products for their beverages, which is always a plus.
