Great dessert spot. This was my first time trying shaved ice like this. It's similar to Italian ice/gelati but the ice is lighter & fluffier in texture, and then they pour the flavors on top. We got one of the paradise specials - the Hawaiian Sunset, which comes with vanilla ice cream on the bottom, a shaved ice mound on top, passion fruit, mango, & guava flavorings poured over, with sweet cream, whipped cream, & toasted coconut shavings to to top it off! It was delicious. We got the small and it was plenty to split between two people. You can also get regular ice cream, ice cream sundaes, or shaved ice by itself. It's a beachy themed place with picnic tables inside & cute decor. It was very clean & our server was super friendly. Definitely drop in if you're in Stuart! read more

Wow, shaved ice that is as good as the ones in Hawaii! We had the Passion Fruit and the Strawberry Shortcake, both were delicious (many of the fruit syrups are made with real fruit purée). Kathryn was so welcoming & helpful while serving us. We will definitely make frequent visits to see Kathryn and to check out the latest flavors. read more
