We requested soundproofing insulation services for a kitchen wall in our townhouse. The sales…read moreperson stated pro-wool would be a great choice for soundproofing. We were looking forward to not hearing noise from our neighbor next door in our kitchen. Once the insulation was put in the wall, we had to hire a painter to mud and paint the wall. All of this took about four days. We were then able to get back into our routine in the kitchen. The first day we did, we heard the noise from our neighbor. Needless to say, we were not happy at all. The insulation didn't even lessen the noise...it was at the same level. I immediately let the sales person know and he was somewhat surprised too, but didn't say much else. I also did a review on their website to let our feelings known. So, after forking out almost $3,500 (insulation and painting costs), we have nothing to show for it. I would not recommend HES...never!
