They have a nice walk in humidor which is stocked fairly well however they only sell by the box. The issue that I have is that the women that work there have no personality, are unhelpful and know nothing about cigars. I ended up purchasing a box of Bolivar Lusiados for €155 but the sales lady acted like she was doing me a favor selling them to me. If you are looking for a real tobacconist do yourself a favor and visit the classic Casa Havaneza or the excellent La Casa del Habano that are also in Lisboa.

Staff was nice, not the most knowledgeable but they tried. And we appreciated it. The cigars also were fairly priced. My husband only burned one from there but he said it burnt really well.
