However this was not traditional carbonara as it had cream but it was delicious! It was rich and creamy and usually when reheating left overs its not great but I was able to eat my take-home meal and it tasted fresh! Zero complaints here. For example, for those who don't want pizza or pasta there is a lot of beef but no pork or chicken, even though both are common on trattoria menus in Italy (in my admittedly limited experience). Mirko, the chef, once told me he just doesn't like them himself so he doesn't serve them to others. Can't beat that fire honesty! There is a small selection of fish. Desserts are simple. I almost always have either cannoli or ice cream. The wine list is interesting and not expensive. Unfortunately supply-chain problems mean that not every wine is available everything. Tiramisu is fantastic, not to soggy, strong enough and just enough richness. The pictures don't do either justice. They have fresh basil oil and chili oil. Exceptional. Priced fairly. The type of pizza I like, they use fresh ingredients and it shows on the taste. Only issue I have is that it's rather noisy.
