Anyway I paid and said I reside close how long will it take. 20 minutes Go back 20 minutes later. After 15 minutes I ask to be told the slip said 9:45. I said I'm not waiting another 10 minutes. Lucky the pizza just came out. Communication not soo good on the wait and ticketing! Service is average. Nice Reno from the old Barnacle bills but definitely doesn't have that European charm with the staff. I did have 15 minutes to observe. Would love to see more smiley warm faces and staff talking to customers. I know we all like to go home on time, but just don't let it show! Pizza- just see the photo! $18 pizza lacked flavour. I know some places don't add tomotao, but then you need an awesome Tomato base sauce. Decor is fun, the place looks young and fresh and vibrant and I do like the simple menu. I'll give it one more go and order a different pizza next time!

They are generous with their toppings but know how much their base can handle. Their pasta is also very good The garlic bread the best. Smoky and charred. The interior of the store is as characteristic as the exterior - the counter is decorated with money from all around the world and the metal pizza oven has Fel-Fella magnets arranged to spell Fel-Fella. The service was a little on the inconsistent side, I got served straight away, but my friend was standing at the counter for ten minutes before someone spoke to her. It was lucky I ordered some aioli on top, otherwise it would have literally been like eating a dry bisctuit. My partner ordered a tandoori chicken pizza and it was the same case with the dryness. All of the base sauce was dry and crunchy. I was really excited to try the new vegan pizza and at the $44 it cost us for the two pizzas, we were very disappointed. Would have been cheaper to just order from our local pizzeria which is always fantastic on quality and price. This experience has honestly put us off of Crust completely and I don't think we will be taking the risk again. Only positive was that the 55 minutes it said that it would take to deliver was correct.
