Everything was absolutely delicious. The papaya salad and larb dressings were so fresh and flavorful. The servings were very generous. We were surprised at the large glasses for the two Thai beverages. My daughter had a nut allergy and they put the peanuts for the papaya salad on a separate container as we requested. The service was excellent. The crispy pork and chicken wings had very good sauces and they were also delicious. The restaurant was clean and although the decor was simple, it was nice. In the end, we ended up with take home leftovers. With our senior discount, our bill was around $35. We were stunned at the incredible value for your money here. Definitely a 4.5 to almost a 5 star for me.

Beef Bulgogi Rice Bowl Honestly this is just a beef bowl with a single piece of Kimchi on top, which isn't enough to influence the flavour. Their homemade flatbread as a pizza dough is surprisingly good - soft and chewy with a slight crunch, topped with all-time savory favorite of Spam and bacon (double the salty bomb) but a knockout nonetheless. Canton Me Not - All time-favorite Lucky Me Pancit Canton leveled up on an iron cast skillet. A makeover that is worth it with pulled pork, bacon, siracha mayo, topped with sunny side fried egg. Would have been better if they mixed the kimchi with the rice to make the rice a bit wet and have a more flavor balance mix.

Formosa Bites handles the chicken chops and nibbleables while Moonleaf, Zentea and Infinitea provide the milk tea. It's a pretty brilliant setup, really. Another case of someone seeing a need and fulfilling it. In a way, this place reminds me of the food menu at Ersao. The very first early version of Ersao. While Formosa Bites does have its share of rice meals, it's clear that the draw really is in the main snacks. And they have a good amount, too. Fried chicken chops, tofu, fries, corn on the cob... all of it gets a nice dusting of flavored powder and some sort of sweet soy sauce. While a good idea, personally I didn't like the pickled carrot and cabbage that went with it. On its own, it was too sour. With the fried tofu, even more. Maybe if I tried it with the chicken and with rice it would have been better. All in all, it's actually pretty good.

They serve Chops which is a big serving of either thigh or breast paired with your choice of side dish either corn, tofu, fries that comes with rice and pickled carrots and cabbage. Best part is you also can choose the dip you want from honey mustard, garlic mayo, garlic barbecue, oriental or gravy. If you want to just nibble on some chicken you can try the smaller portion, which is Pops and your choice of side dish. I think the best part of their Chicken Chops is the flavoring they use when they smother your chicken with their signature Pepper and Seaweed powder. They cook your order on the spot so your meal will be ready in around 10 to 15 minutes.

The naked burrito with chorizo was also good with salsa and sour cream mixed into the beans and Spanish rice. But the lettuce was already wilting from the heat. Finally, the famed classic burger, was just alright. It had a hefty burger but it tasted like a pork-beef-filler hybrid--not a pure beef like I prefer. Prices are kind of high, and portions are not gigantic.

I combed through the disorder of stalls and passersby on the ground floor, and though the Mister Donuts and Muhlach Ensaymada seemed tempting, I opted to try something different and go for the Bibingkinitan. Was I surprised! The bibingka was really good! The bread was soft, flavorful, and rich with all that cheese and butter. I did not expect it at all, since I always found the branding to be a little corny, and again, I'm not much for bibingka, but it's definitely something I would have again.
