I recently moved to North Carolina and needed storage. When people move they sometimes tend to bring more "stuff" than they need and yep, I'm one of those people. I saw the Panther Storage facility on Georgia Road in Franklin and decided to check it out. Lynn spent her time with us, detailing size of units and prices for each. We selected the unit we wanted, Lynn finished the paperwork quickly, gave us keys and we were soon moving our "stuff" in. We love the fact the units are new, or like new, and the quoted dollar amounts were quite reasonable. We have not had any issues with the unit and highly recommend Panther Storage to anyone needing storage in the Franklin area of North Carolina. They have two facilities, one on Georgia Road and one on Cunningham Rd so I'm sure folks will find the locations convenient! read more

Five Stars - A Rare Gem of Genuine Service…read more I cannot say enough good things about Highway 69 Storage in Hayesville, NC, and especially about its incredible owner, Tony. During one of the most difficult times in my life--after the passing of my husband--I was faced with the overwhelming task of moving back to Michigan. I had placed my belongings in storage, but when the time came to ship them home, the moving company fell through and had no one available to help load my things into a U-Haul pod. To make matters even more stressful, I had already left the state. That's when Tony stepped in. With incredible kindness, compassion, and professionalism, Tony went above and beyond--personally arranging for my belongings to be moved from the storage unit into the pod. Without his help, I wouldn't have had access to any of my things. I was hundreds of miles away, and Tony took care of everything like it was his own. This kind of old-fashioned, genuine customer care is nearly impossible to find these days. Tony didn't just provide a service--he showed heart, and for that, I am endlessly grateful. If you're looking for a clean, secure, and trustworthy storage facility with someone who truly cares, I highly recommend Highway 69 Storage. Tony is one of a kind.

BE CAREFUL!!! Do not waste your time or money. Huge lack of professionalism. I left 9 items to be…read moreshipped across the country and only received 8. Moreover, I was told that I would be charged $200-$300 and was charged upwards of $600. I was also told that my items would be reinforced with tape and professionally packed and everything came destroyed and broken. I have over 20 pictures that I will be posting online (see here), as glass and razor blades came flying out of the box and all of my personal items (even a bin marked *important) were shipped in the same box as breakable toiletries. I've had to toss almost everything, and what I still have left wreaks of nail polish. The owner of this business had the audacity to call me a liar when I had a complete inventory (that I provided) of the 9 items I left at their store, and I only received 8. The customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced in my entire life. One of the employees actually told me that it was not necessary for me to speak to a manager because they wouldn't help me. Are you kidding me right now? I am beyond appalled and have no idea how this place is still in business. They run their operation like a complete shit show. I was offered $200 but was not offered a refund or any sort of genuine apology. I'm mostly upset that my claim was not taken seriously, even after sending these 20 photos to the owner. This is completely unacceptable. Any business with clout would be appalled if this happened to one of their customers and would offer a full refund without a doubt. At the end of the day, they promised me professional packing, and you can see what I got, on top of an item being missing. It took me over 3 hours to clean up this mess.
