The touch free car wash does not do a good job. I have a black vehicle and I have a 10 year ceramic coating which makes it clean easier, but unfortunately I have to go to touch free car washes. I took this to Panther Car Wash to try their touch free. It was ridiculous the price for just 1 wash so it made sense to sign up for the unlimited monthly which charged me $30.78 with tax. I downloaded the app and signed up, then got the wash. After I got the wash, it was not as expected. It really didn't do much. I could basically swipe my fingers along the vehicle and smear up residual dirt. It was visible. I attempted to call the car wash to see if I could get my plan refunded. The guy that answered said he doesn't have cash. He said they can only use so much pressure. I could't get ahold of the company because their email addresses are invalid. So I opened a dispute because I was unsatisfied with the services received. They responded to my credit card company "he was unhappy with the wash provided as it is touchless. He still has the option to use the soft touch wash that will clean his vehicle. We have hundreds of people on this plan. So unfortunately he has been canceled but he agreed to the subscription terms." The wash would have been fine had they had a decent amount of pressure. Cars treated in ceramic coatings have their warranty voided if they go to a touch car wash, so I did not have the option to use their touch car wash in this instance. As long as the nozzles are over 18 inches from the vehicle, it shoudl not cause any damage, so if you need car washes and don't need touch free, it's a better value to just go to Club Car Wash where I went for years. $20 with Veteran discount for unlimited MVP washes. This car wash could have just refunded a customer not happy with their service, and I probably would have written a good review, but they just wanted every penny kept. I would have been happy with a partial refund since I did get 1 wash. Total waste of $30.78. read more

I love the wash the touch less wash does on my car. However, the app is BAD!!!! I pay for the monthly subscription. Half yes 50% of the time the app says I have already used my wash for the day. So I either don't get the wash or have to get out of my car find the guy who takes Care of the place to start the wash for me. I am canceling my subscription. read more

Facilities are maintained really well. Provides manual wash bays, touch less automatic wash, and brush automatic wash. Prices are more reasonable compared to other washes. Located in a nice area. Shaded vacuum areas. Nice large parking lot if you wanted to shammy and wax your car. Will keep coming here as long as grounds are kept nice and tidy like they are. read more

Horrible place to go. I was going through their touch-less car when a metal grate fell out of their blow dryer and damaged my hood. Owner tried to force repairs through a body shop of his choosing that wanted to hammer out the hood of my BMW. The estimate came out over $1000 dollars lower than anywhere else. I have a monthly membership and I use the brushless. I used to have a membership at a different place in town, but was noticing brush marks on my car. I think the brushless at the PantherWash does a much better job! I wish the dryer ran a little longer and the car behind you couldn't start until your dryer was done. I also wish the vacuums were included with your monthly membership, but that's the only complaints. read more

Rating the panther car wash with one star is actually much nicer than they deserve. I attempted to use the automatic wash today, only to be incredibly disappointed. I pulled into the wash, the lights signaled me to pull forward, then reverse, then pull foward, then reverse multiple times until finally I was in just the right place. The car wash released about a bucket worths of water onto my car and then did absolutely nothing else. I looked for someone that was working there but there was no one. Feeling completely ripped off and upset I attempted to call panther car wash only to find out that the number has been disconnected. I will never ever spend any more money or time at this establishment. read more

Went thru the automated car wash and was going thru the drying process and the mirror flew off and we went in and told the gentleman about it and was told that the owner would call back and to this date still have not received the call. This happened about 2 & 1/2 weeks ago. Will not go back. Poor customer service. read more

Spacious, clean and they have shampoo also. I have not actually use the car wash yet, I've only used the vacuuming and shampooing service. Vrry nice and clean! It even has a place for you to hang your floor mats to vacuum them. read more
