Everyone out there who is looking to get in shape and just feel good about themselves again this is the place to be. The team at panthers martial arts has given me such great confidence. This is hard for me to say because woman are always self conscious about the way they look and their weight. When I first started here the first week in January of this year I was a size 16. I was very embarrassed about the way I looked and felt. I was nervous at first to walk in the door because I felt like I couldn't do this. Master Al has done nothing but encourage me and everyone else that he trains. He said something that stuck with me he said everyone isn't great at something for the first time but with determination and practice to stick with it you will become great at it and he was right. I put on a pair of jeans today March 26th, that I didn't think I would ever get into again. They are a size 8. They aren't just martial arts they have different levels of raw fit classes and an awesome TRX training class, an all womans raw fit and all mens raw fit and much more. My family and I have had an excellent experience at Panth3rs. From day one the Panth3rs team has accepted us as" family". I continue to see this with every new member that joins the Panth3rs "family". Master Al, Master Jon, Master Q and Angela have established an atmosphere where you are encouraged to be your best. Little by little, better and better. Panth3rs offfers classes for both adults and children in Raw-Fit, Tae Kwon-Do, swimming and even has an after school programs (with pick-up!). Master Al and Anglea are incredible! They bring the whole package to training: nutrition information and guidance, correct form in workouts, inspirational motivation, wisdom for avoiding pitfalls of getting in shape, and model excellence in their personal lives! I highly recommend their programs and training! I can't believe the low price they offer training at. For this level of quality I would have expected their prices to be much higher. I have lost 8 lbs in just a short time. I feel better and my clothes fit better! Pants I was squeezing into are now fitting much more comfortably! These guys are the real deal. The best all around place to be!!!! For me it all started with my daughter taking kids raw fit classes then I joined the adult and soon after my boys and husband !!! It's a great place for the whole family!! You will see various ages and abilities but somehow panth3rs has mastered the art of personal training in a group setting! Every class is challenging and ever changing which makes it fun and wanting to come back! You will not get bored and on those challenging days you will have the support you need! They also offer so many levels of fitness classes. They truly have made positive changes in my life and I've witnessed first hand so many others! Panth3rs has converted me! At 61 and totally out of shape the team at Panth3rs has given me the confidence to attempt exercise. It has been a little over 2 months now and I've lost 21 lbs and I am able to keep up with a 45 minute workout class. Each one of the instructors take your ability into consideration. They encourage you to work to your max. I joined because my husband was in dire need of getting in shape, he has lost 40 lbs in the same time period, and can move again!
