They were friendly, answered questions same day, and clearly know the business better than anyone. On the day we arrived in Vienna - we saw Mr Boggner with our dog walk past us in the Vienna airport before we even made it to the baggage claim and before any luggage started coming out. They are able to get your pet far quicker than a normal person on their own could. Then, they cleaned our dog and the crate and delivered her to our quarters in Vienna - amazingly they arrived just as we did with our dog ready to join us. They even took apart the crate and helped get it up to our apartment- it made our arrival with our pet in a new country seamless. So totally worth it - we had kids and a ton of luggage, no way could we have done this on our own and even if I was alone, it's simply impossible for me to have done everything they did and so quickly. They are caring professional people who are pet owners themselves. I wish I could give 6 stars here.

I hadn't even had her for 24 hours and she trying to cough up a lung. She kept me up all night with worry. But one visit with Peter and she got antibiotics and anti-inflammatory stuff and cough medicine. She slept through the whole night nearly. Coughed a little but didn't cough anything up. Suffice to say I think both Meghan Barkle and me are big fans of Peter. Word to the wise though bring a book and make sure you don't have a pressing appointment after. I made a 9:30 appointment, arrived at 9:26 and wasn't seen until 11:00. I kid you not. So make sure you have something to do and some time to burn.

In the same time we were new in Vienna and our cat hasn't had a currant doctor in town. We phoned to take an appointment and we've been received the very next day . The whole team was great; every member checking our cat and being very very careful with her symptoms. They also checked on her during the w-end time !!! After 3 visits I've Learned to trust them and yes, I can recommend them like good doctors with big hearts.
