They were friendly, answered questions same day, and clearly know the business better than anyone. On the day we arrived in Vienna - we saw Mr Boggner with our dog walk past us in the Vienna airport before we even made it to the baggage claim and before any luggage started coming out. They are able to get your pet far quicker than a normal person on their own could. Then, they cleaned our dog and the crate and delivered her to our quarters in Vienna - amazingly they arrived just as we did with our dog ready to join us. They even took apart the crate and helped get it up to our apartment- it made our arrival with our pet in a new country seamless. So totally worth it - we had kids and a ton of luggage, no way could we have done this on our own and even if I was alone, it's simply impossible for me to have done everything they did and so quickly. They are caring professional people who are pet owners themselves. I wish I could give 6 stars here.

I hadn't even had her for 24 hours and she trying to cough up a lung. She kept me up all night with worry. But one visit with Peter and she got antibiotics and anti-inflammatory stuff and cough medicine. She slept through the whole night nearly. Coughed a little but didn't cough anything up. Suffice to say I think both Meghan Barkle and me are big fans of Peter. Word to the wise though bring a book and make sure you don't have a pressing appointment after. I made a 9:30 appointment, arrived at 9:26 and wasn't seen until 11:00. I kid you not. So make sure you have something to do and some time to burn.

In the same time we were new in Vienna and our cat hasn't had a currant doctor in town. We phoned to take an appointment and we've been received the very next day . The whole team was great; every member checking our cat and being very very careful with her symptoms. They also checked on her during the w-end time !!! After 3 visits I've Learned to trust them and yes, I can recommend them like good doctors with big hearts.

I quickly realized that the two doctors who run the office are bright, friendly, and fantastic veterinarians. They are both wonderful with my dog, knowledgeable, and most importantly, patient with my lack of real German-language skills. Their training is also some of the best you can achieve in Europe (from their website,) and it shows. If you are looking for a vet, I recommend this without hesitation.

Time flies ;) Anyaways, just went there cause it was round the corner from the first flat we lived in. It was convenient and service was ok, mostly tried to go there when a certain second vet was on duty as Dr Zach herself can be quite abrupt sometimes. Ove the years as Molly got older and started having more, athiugh luckily small health issues, we developed a real relationship with the vets there. I also started to warm up towards Dr Zach herself who is a really good vet and I guess she can come across as a bit harsh sometimes which is explained by the fact that she mainly deals with horses, hence that she does employ another vet for Dogs etc. I actually wish that my own GP would treat me like they treat Molly. They always remember us und remember why we were there last. Ok. Admittedly we do have to go there quite regularly but there also often loooong periods of not having to go. But even when I called them today ( and we haven't been there for a while now), i just mentioned my name and she knew that it was about Molly and that I probably wanted to order a big pack of her tablets, which she had already done for me even without me asking her as I did mention it the last time I was there that I might get the big pack next time, they are just so nice and I really trust them!

She literally saved my cat's life when others would have given up on him and put him to sleep. She is a wonderful woman, and I take my cat to her about once a month. She is available six days a week, early and late, and her prices are very reasonable. You won't find a better veterinarian in Wien.
