I got the BADA COME LA FUMA which had Porchetta, smoked provola, roasted potato cream, and spicy eggplant. What an amazing sandwich not to mention the bread perfect and fresh. The bread, the flavors, the fresh ingredients, and the whole experience made this more than just lunch -- it was a taste of Italian food culture. Fun fact: All'Antico Vinaio started as a small family business in Florence in 1989 and became famous for its traditional Tuscan schiacciata sandwiches. Over time, it grew into an internationally recognized brand, with locations including Rome. What I loved most was being able to experience something that began as a local Italian tradition and has now become a place people travel to try.
