When they arrived, I decided to video them using their nifty lifting straps because we are considering buying them for future moves. They did an excellent job getting this piece upstairs (:39 seconds) and in place with no damage, from the car to its new place in 5 minutes, really 5 minutes. How wonderful! Then I asked how much I owed. I should have asked this first. They charged me $100. I understand that I am paying for their ability to get my furniture upstairs unharmed, equipment, their expertise, their insurance, and all the things that go into being a professional company, but at $100 for 5 minutes, they are making $1200 an hour. I guess if you have a whole house full of stuff, you better be ready to pay in the thousands. Be smart and ask ahead. They did a good job, but I can't afford them. I'll be calling someone else next time.

I have acquired two pianos from him in the last 15 years and have been extremely pleased with both of them. A good friend of mine is a prodigious piano player and leads a gospel church band. Upon playing my Steinway baby grand (M 1973, renovated by Mr. McBrayer) he said it was one of the finest sounding pianos he had ever played. Without reservation, I would recommend Danny and Award Piano if you are considering a piano purchase.

Even after I was upset at them for missing items, they were super attentive, kind and supportive. Of course, it turns out that I was an idiot and had not carefully checked all of my belongings. Nothing was missing and the situation was completely my fault. Throughout all of that, they still remained incredibly kind and thoughtful. These guys have a family business kind of vibe but they are extremely professional and good at what they do. Thank you guys for all the support and for tolerating my mistake. I would not hesitate to hire them again if I had to do it over.
