When they arrived, I decided to video them using their nifty lifting straps because we are considering buying them for future moves. They did an excellent job getting this piece upstairs (:39 seconds) and in place with no damage, from the car to its new place in 5 minutes, really 5 minutes. How wonderful! Then I asked how much I owed. I should have asked this first. They charged me $100. I understand that I am paying for their ability to get my furniture upstairs unharmed, equipment, their expertise, their insurance, and all the things that go into being a professional company, but at $100 for 5 minutes, they are making $1200 an hour. I guess if you have a whole house full of stuff, you better be ready to pay in the thousands. Be smart and ask ahead. They did a good job, but I can't afford them. I'll be calling someone else next time.

We expected to have to sweep up pieces when it arrived and not one thing was broken! They loaded, unloaded, and drove very gently. They worked so hard, were extremely careful and efficient, and were very communicative. And they moved a packed out 1BR apartment in 4.5 hours. Highly recommend!

I have acquired two pianos from him in the last 15 years and have been extremely pleased with both of them. A good friend of mine is a prodigious piano player and leads a gospel church band. Upon playing my Steinway baby grand (M 1973, renovated by Mr. McBrayer) he said it was one of the finest sounding pianos he had ever played. Thought I had but alas, no. They worked and worked on it and after an hour had horsed that thing out and went the extra distance vacuuming up several gallons of water and cleaning everything up before placing the new, much much lighter water heater! Yeah, I tipped them and will definitely use them again! Thanks to these guys, I have hot water again!!

Even after I was upset at them for missing items, they were super attentive, kind and supportive. Of course, it turns out that I was an idiot and had not carefully checked all of my belongings.
