The grigliata mista is kind of disappointing, especially the serving size. It's a very small plate with just three types of meats, I expected more quantity. It was very good, but not filling at all. The fiorentina was delicious, with some very tender pieces and other not so tender ones. Very rare, they don't even ask how you want it, that's the way you have to have it anyway, all in all a good experience.

The interior was beautifully decorated, with many framed vintage photos on the walls that gave the place a warm and classic feeling. At the entrance, there was a display of dry-aged steaks, which immediately showed the restaurant's focus on high-quality meat. We started our meal with a fresh salad and a selection of dry cuts. The salad was crisp and very fresh, and the dry cuts were flavorful and nicely presented. It was a great way to begin the dinner. For the main course, I ordered a medium-rare entrecôte. It was cooked perfectly--tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You could really taste the quality of the meat. To drink, we had a Tuscan red wine, which paired wonderfully with the steak and made the meal even more enjoyable. The service was also excellent. We had a cullatello and burrata dish ( all ingredients finely chosen and very tasty), accompanied by soft foccaccia, and an Angus tagliata - top quality meat, perfect cooking , I'm really choosy about eating raw / half raw meat but that was really exquisite. All sprinkled by a fantastic Barolo ( Rocche Costamagna) that wasn't at all overpriced ( I loved that wine so much that I checked the detail price and find it to be just several bucks lower than the restaurant's price).
